Great chapter! I agree that it would be a bit rushed to go straight to the Egoshipping. Now we know Ash and Misty's current situation which help alot. I found myself even enjoying the Pokeshipping in this chapter, which in my opinion makes you an awesome writer. (:

Don't worry about not much happening - sometimes it's just necessary to have chapters like that ...though I do hope for some Gary soon xD

Heya! Stumbled upon this, and I have to say, I love seeing Gary's cocky attitude return. I assume that this is taking place after Johto, right? Even if it isn't, I love that Gary's plotting to take Misty from Ash... but he should know better than to assume that he can tame the fiesty Gym Leader.

It's an interesting idea, and I love egoshipping so much, I'm sure that even if you write something that's total... well, that's bad... it will still come out good. Err, if you get what I mean.
