So, this is reasonably funny. Although I'm unable to take seriously that a professional ninja like Inoichi would use a lethal jitsu on a fellow village ninja, not to mention when that fellow ninja is a jinchuriki, and therefore a vital war asset, plus the son of a Hokage, friend of the current one, etc.

I'm cackling way too much, and way too early in the morning at that opening scene.

Have to say I loved this. Could probably have drawn it out a bit on those missions with a little humour and frustration but it was good

I kinda want the end to be Iruka with Shizune and Naruto with Ino, but with Iruka and Ino accepting of the fact Naruto and Shizune love each other too and will have their moments. I’ve yet to see a dynamic like that.. there’s plenty of harems, plenty of three way relationships and other variations, but this one I haven’t seen.

This story was beautiful. Powered through the whole thing in a few hours. It’s always NaruxIno or NaruxTayu fics that get me this invested. My favorite chapter as I’m sure is very common was 23. Man that shit made me cry for a good 10-15 minutes. That chapter pulled the strongest emotion from me that I’ve felt from fic in a long time. It’s so bad I’m getting teary eyed writing this review. Thank you for this masterpiece. I’ll be sure to check out the rest of your work.
