Wow, you've returned from the dead. O.o When a reminder popped out in my mail I was like 'Wait a minute, what? She came back? And it has really been 6 years?.' I'm much impressed since not many (if any at all) authors do come back to their unfinished stories after so much time. Glad to see you back around. -
Ok, so for technical side... Both new chapters feel fresh and sorta 'upgraded' in comparison to the previous ones, the overall form is still here and doesn't feel out of place, characters stay as they were, good suspense present, so it doesn't feel like there was such a long hiatus. Keep it up. :3 I'm looking forward to new updates. :D

One thing that stands out to me here is that Shizuo's eyes are changing colors. xD At the beginning he had golden ones, later he had his rightful mocha ones and here we are back to liquid gold. Ok, first of all, I have no idea where some authors got the idea of his eyes being golden from (as well as Izaya's being red/carmine), but just stick with one option, please.
The other thing is that you sometimes mix present tenses with past ones in narration, so keep it in check.
And the last thing is that sometimes there is a lack of commas to divide parts of sentences, making some of them a little confusing, so you may want to keep it in check too. ;3

Hey there, just wanted you to know that I've been reading this fanfic since 2012 and I'm truly not even exaggerating, this is one of my all time favorite horror medias just in general. I always loved horror stories as a kid but this completely changed my outlook on it when i found it. Everything about it is so unsettling, the raw visuals you create are haunting and the emotional turmoil is so real, to me it exemplifies what horror is and even takes it a step further into a good example of all it can be. I remember the first time reading and thinking, 'this is fear'. I've thought about this story many times as the years have gone by and it still gives me chills, and when I saw it had updated last month I almost SCREAMED. It's a very personal treasure of my past so I'm so glad you returned to it and am very excited to see where it goes! -p.s., I caught that shining reference in chap 13 ;)-

I always return to it because it's so good and I love Shizaya, and I always hope you will continue it 'till the end, but that is not the case... Damn, you break our hearts :'(.

Well, even though it will not be finished maybe because you lost interest or something, it's still a well written story. I love how you describe everything, and how you make Izaya more human. And the development between Shizuo and Izaya is also nice.
