While I am Overjoyed to see this story updating again, are you ever going to resume updating “Rewriting the Past”!?

Hinata and Hiashi behavior is perfectly understandable even if they have to be restrain to not do more harm than good.

I am happy to see that you use filler character working for Orochimaru to fill his ranks. (Guren and Fuma Clan) They skills aren't too weird or lame so it will be nice to see how you use them.

Trap that separated everybody is interesting and increase tension. I am rather calm about Naruto and Sasuke but from what I remember while girls are capable they aren't one woman army.
So far we didn't see Naruto opponent but this horn make me think that it may be pseudo jinchuriki. I wonder if blond will steal this horn later.
Sasuke will fight bunch of cursed seal user, it may be very good.
Sasuke will be fighting with Arashi Fuma and is in troubles. It will be interesting to see how she will deal with this.
Hinata had worst luck confronting Guren. I am very interested to see how it will turn out. Hyuga was imprisoned in crystal but in anime she was able to counter that to an extent. It is also worth noting that her opponent can change any mater into crystal it is restricted to solids and liquids so wind may be immune. Anyway it will be very interesting confrontation.

Biggest surprise and most interesting part of this chapter was for me Orochimaru motives. He want Hanabi mainly because of her summoning contract and not Byakugan (although I don't doubt that he would make use of this opportunity as well).
Overall very good chapter that is excellent setup for next one. I don't know much about four beasts but I knew that such myth exist so I can't wait to see what you will do with it.

why would shikamaru fight dosu when tamari got number 9 and dosu number 11? if anything he needs to fight temari

Of course the Snaked Bastard was interested in something like that, well I hope that they stop whatever plan he's come up with this time. And hopefully Hinata did the samething she did in the anime when facing off against Guren

Yep Hiashi is very angry and good job with this chapter.

Suddenly Hanabi's kidnapping gets a much interesting twist. Wonder if Hinata will blame herself for Hanabi's kidnapping, given that she wouldn't have been kidnapped if she didn't have that summoning contract.

I’m very happy to see some more chapters being added to this story again. I’ve been really hoping that you might come back and work on them again.

I really like how things have turned out so far but it also sucks with how things ended up at the end of this chapter. Since I don’t like waiting to much between chapters I’m having trouble deciding if I want to read the next chapter or simply wait for awhile till some more chapters have been posted.

It’s awesome that Naruto ended up with a new sword again and I wonder what you have in mind for this new sword later on. I also wonder what the swords name is going to be if it gets a name at all.

Thanks for working on this story again and I hope we all get to see some more chapters added when you get the time for it. I hope you, your family, and all your friends and loved ones are keeping safe during this crazy time.

Personally, I completely and wholly disagree with Naruto's naive view towards the villagers.

There is absolutely no need to sympathize with the villagers at all.

Everybody has his/her own fear and yet it does not justify anyone to intentionally harm those who are innocent, especially when it comes to as far as to/wanted to murder them.

While he does need empathy to understand other people's motives, its main purpose is to protect those who believe in him, those who support him. His real companions, his supporting family, etc

Nagato truly deserved praise for punishing Konoha. Only those understanding others' pain will refrain from being hypocrital and judgemental towards others.

Kishimoto makes Naruto as the protagonist being obsessed with becoming Hokage, but still the villagers do not deserve Naruto.

The same can be said with Sasuke, Kakashi, etc who are directly/indirectly victimized by the hypocritical and judgmental villagers.

It's not only Konoha villagers. There are many examples in other villages where the same atrocities happened. Of course many of the elites, be it daimyo or high ranking shinobis are also the same assholes.

OK, enough ranting. It's nice to see Haku going along well with the gang.
