My vote would be either for territory creation or servant summoning. A god needs to rule their surroundings. So summoning an army of low-levels minions/servants/golems, Taylor Hebert-like swarm control/mastery/sensory perception, or environmental manipulation (preferably via manifesting and manipulating an extradimensional castle/forest/labyrinth). Ereshkigal is a goddess of snakes, dragons, harvest, death and the underworld so there are a lot of options. Used in conjunction with Harry's cloud abilities I can imagine some pretty epic scenes. Fleet of ghost ships emerging from the fog. Wraith/dementor-like assailants striking from obscuring mist. Skeletal or draconic minions whose abilities are augmented while within Harry's divine aura (which extends throughout cloud).

YeH harry is mature for his age, but not that mature. Also I like the Dumbledore is evil trope, but the way you used it, particularly language such as brat, was kinda undermining the scene as him being a manipulator. It just made him seem pathetic. Also, does the wizarding world not know of gods? Interesting.

I can think of 2 really good divergence points for a Ranma/Campione crossover:

1: Ranma kills Saffron; Saffron doesn't revive this time. Well... Ranma can be translated into either 'Wild Horse' or 'Chaos Demon', time for Ranma to live up to both names as the newest Devil King! (What was that Nabiki? You want to know how Pompeii was destroyed?)
A possible plot twists: The Amazon's called for Luo Hao to deal with Saffron (China is her territory, and Saffron is basically a divine ancestor using a sacrificial ritual to regain his godly powers at that point), Luo Hao arrives just in time to see the birth of a new Campione.

2: During the training trip (post-Jusenkyo obviously) Genma tries the same trick of going to a master for training, then trying to steal any martial knowledge he can and running for it with Ranma in the middle of the night... On Luo Hao. This doesn't end well for Genma, but Ranma manages to impress Luo Hao. Be careful Little Eagle, the Wild Horse may take your spot as Luo Hao's #1 disciple. Be careful Wild Horse, you're getting trained by a Campione now.

First let me say that it’s pretty good. That said your dialougue has some serious issues. Harry uses words no nine year old should know and use apropriatly and he shows a level of maturity that I wouldn’t associate with most kids his age... that being said he is abused/ neglected so you have some wiggle room in that regard.

If harry defeats some one like Vishnu who is stiil being worshipped by almost one billion Hindus, then this story will become stupid.
