Fable of a Phantom

(A/N This has been delayed for a very long time and to all the amazing people who have waited for me to return and write a new chapter, I apologise. I'm at the last year of my university and I've had a lot of crap to put up with since I'm growing up as well. But nonetheless, I'm going to finish this story no matter what. So, enjoy!)

The awkward introduction

In the Unknown regions of the ghost zone

"You fools! The future hasn't changed one bit! If anything, it's been sped up even more!" said a ghost in a black cloak towards a group of High Observants. Everyone was silent because they had nothing to retort with, an expression of concern was on everyone's face… well, "eye".

"Indeed, by tradition we had to give both the Crown and the Ring to Danny Fenton, but we were hoping that the power would consume and destroy him. But it seems we've made an error in our judgement, the two items seemed to have bonded with him and given him more power!"

"Not only that, it seems he has already encountered his off-springs! Which doesn't make sense! This isn't supposed to happen for another 10 years!"

"I don't know how but there is clearly a ripple in the time stream, these events are occurring sooner than we had anticipated. At this rate, the future will be destroyed!"

"You think we don't know that?! It seems we must call him for assistance, for he is the only one powerful enough to stop Danny Phantom."

"Yes, good call! With his powers, we can save the future and prevent the "3rd act" for the sake of the future." replied an Observant. Just then, a ghost in a black cloak stood forth and waved his hand towards the other observants.

"We must do so in haste! For the sooner Danny Phantom is destroyed, the quicker we may save the future! Now go, call Clockwork!" demanded the black cloak ghost. Two of the Observants immediately left into the ghost zone to recruit Clockwork.

Amity Park… Park

Desiree was silently waiting in the middle of the park in her human form. She was wearing a beautiful orange dress and to perfect the image, the wind was slowly flowing through her hair making her look like a princess.

"I wonder what Danny wanted to talk to me about. He said it was really important, I wonder if he's actually going to ask me to…" said Desiree with a blushed smile, a dream that she wished was real.

"Hey, Desiree. Looking beautiful as ever." Greeted Danny as he went towards the ghost genie and gave her a hug of love from behind her. Desiree blushed in surprise since Danny never acted so lovingly towards her, but she was happy about it.

"Danny, I'm so happy to see you again." Desiree turned to the ghost boy and gave him a warm smile before returning the hug. After a while, they finally let each other go and sat down near a park bench.

"Well, it's been some time since we last spoke. But you said you wanted to talk to me?" asked Desiree with concern. Danny took a deep breath and placed his hand on hers before directly looking straight into her eyes.

"Desiree, the truth is… I've been thinking about our relationship and I think it's time we took it to the next level. You've always been there for me when I needed you most, you cared for me and showed me the love I needed. I need you and I want to prove it you." Requested Danny which brought tears to Desiree's eyes. It was a moment that she was waiting for ever since she fell in love with Danny.

"Danny… do you mean?" asked Desiree. Danny went in closer to her and took out a tiny box from his back pocket as he knelt on his right knee. Danny opened the box to reveal a diamond ring with the engraving which wrote "to my wife".

"Yes Desiree, I love you and I can't think of anyone else that I would spend the rest of my life with. So please… marry me, Desiree." Requested Danny with a bright smile.

Words could not describe how happy she was, the tears would not stop falling as she felt overjoyed at Danny's proposal. She didn't have the strength to answer and wiped her tears before nodding to his proposal. Danny then stood up and placed the ring on her ring finger. Both Danny and Desiree looked into each other's eyes before slowly moving in closer before allowing their lips to touch.

But…

In reality, Desiree was showing a goofy smile as her imagination made her so happy but all that crashed when she realised something else. Or rather someone else…

"Ah, it would've been nice had it not been for the fact that I'm not alone. Seriously, what are you guys doing here anyway? I thought it was just supposed to be me and Danny!" complained Desiree as she turned back to see Ember, Kitty, Dora, Pandora, Spectra and even the two princesses of the Dragon Nation, Perona and Daedra.

"Don't think you're so special because Danny asked you first, he called us too. Besides, why would Danny want to talk to you alone?" questioned Ember with annoyance as she was tuning her guitar.

"Tch, as if he would want to talk to you instead! Slut!" countered Desiree. Ember immediately stood up and stood against Desiree with anger. When the time comes, these two can dish out a lot of pain and power but their teamwork was their weakness.

"Oh please, he would definitely want to speak to me instead of you, granny!" insulted Ember while getting her guitar ready. The two were giving each other a deadly stare down before Kitty walked up to them and calmed things down before they got ugly.

"Okay guys, that's enough. We haven't seen Danny in a while and is this really how you want to greet him?" questioned Kitty as she gave Desiree and Ember some distance between each other.

"Danny sounded serious when he called us but we'll just have to wait and see. For now, just calm down." Requested Kitty. After a few seconds, Desiree and Ember complied to her request and sat away from each other.

"But I do wonder why Danny would call us together like this. I mean the last time we all stood together was when we fought Pariah's army." Said Pandora which gave both Daedra and Perona some bad memories. "Oh…uh…sorry."

"It's fine. If anything, we still wish to repay you all for saving our kingdom." Requested Daedra with a smile. Perona stood up from the park bench and went next to Daedra.

"Exactly, if it wasn't for your help. Our kingdom would've been lost and Danny's home would no longer exist. So, we truly wish to thank you all." agreed Perona.

Just then, Spectra immediately turned to Daedra and Perona since she had an idea of what she wanted to ask them. Spectra immediately got off her seat and started walking towards the two sisters.

"So, you're saying that you're willing to pay us back by fulfilling one of our requests, right?" asked Spectra. All the girls turned their attention to Spectra since she looked as if she had something up her sleeve.

"Well in that case, my request is… that I want you two to quit going after Danny?" requested Spectra which caught all the girls off by surprise. Both Perona and Daedra had no idea on how to react since this was one request that they did not expect.

"Well? Would you be able to comply with that request?" asked Spectra with a smile. The girls knew that all of them were competing for Danny's love but less competition was never a bad thing, so they all turned to the two dragon sisters and awaited their response.

The twin sisters had their head low since it was difficult for them to give a proper answer but then, Perona raised her head and looked directly at Spectra.

"Spectra… I have heard about you and how you are a strategic ghost, using your enemy's emotions against them to exploit their weaknesses. And while I did agree to comply to your requests, I must decline." Answered Perona which surprised the girls. The once shy and scared girl stood up for her feelings and gave them an unexpected answer.

"I too must follow my young sister's answer, for I have no intention of backing down on this war for Danny's feelings." Said Daedra which brought a smile to Perona's face.

"I already know that each of you love Danny with all your heart but it is the same for me and my sister. Through the short time that me and Danny were together, he showed us compassion and understanding."

"Well, I can't say I didn't expect that response coming. I mean let's face it, we're all after Danny's love, right?" asked Spectra as she looked around to see each of the girl's blush at the thought of receiving Danny's love.

"So, I guess that officially means you're one of us aren't you, princesses?" asked Spectra which confused them.

"One of us?" asked Perona.

"Yep, we're pretty much a part of his harem cos we've decided that since that goof can't pick a girl, we're just gonna share him." Answered Ember as she stood up from her seat.

"S-share? Is this something that Danny knows?" asked Daedra in confusion.

"Not really, maybe he'll welcome the idea or he'll pick one of us. Who knows? Honestly, Danny is a good guy who probably doesn't want to hurt any of us cos that's just the type of guy he is." Explained Desiree.

After Perona and Daedra started thinking about it, they were right. With all the different girls that came to chase Danny's love, the competition was getting difficult and even then, they weren't sure if Danny would even select them. Maybe he had someone else in his mind since they did remember his other companion Star, Sam or even Valerie.

"So, take it how you will, but we've decided to come to a truce and this was the conclusion. You can either try to accept the offer and join us, or you can attempt to go against us. But we're not gonna give up his love that easily." Challenged Pandora as she stood besides the other girls. After a while of thinking, Perona and Daedra had finally came to a conclusion as they went closer to the girls.

"Being the princesses of the Dragon Blood nation, we would never back down from a war." Said Perona which surprised everyone since they didn't expect such a competitive nature from her.

"But at times like this, we would much prefer to make peace before war. And if it is alongside our war sisters, then we shall happily accept your offer." Said Daedra which completed the deal. All the girls then gathered around and gave each other a group hug before giving a light laugh.

"Welp, that about settles it. The number has increased from 7 to 9, I hope he realises just how lucky that guy is." Said Ember.

"I agree, for someone who doesn't even know it, he's got quite the army of girls after him." Said Dora. The girls shared a laugh together since they were all able to agree to each other about their feeling for Danny but then, Kitty using her new heightened sense, felt Danny approaching them at high speed.

"Guys! It's Danny!" Kitty pointed to the flying halfa as he was descending towards the girls. All of the girls smiled once they saw the boy of their dreams land in front of them and transform back into his human form.

"Hi girls, long time no see." Greeted Danny with a smile but as soon as he was done speaking, the girls all rush over to him and hugged him together causing the young boy to be swamped by affection. But even so, he could feel their care and delight from their hug. The girls break off from the hug and gave their attention to Danny.

"Danny, how have you been?" asked Desiree with delight.

"I'm okay. But I gotta say, it's great to see you guys again." Danny turned to the Daedra and Perona, he smiled realising he could meet them again in good terms.

"It's great to see you guys too."

"Likewise." Responded Perona as she hugged the ghost boy.

"Well then Danny, we're all here as you requested. What was it that you wanted to talk us about?" asked Pandora.

Before Danny could respond, he took a deep breath and turned to the girls with a serious expression. Of course, at his age this wasn't something he thought he could talk about but then again, his life hasn't exactly been normal since he acquired magic and ghost powers.

"I gotta say, I really have no idea how to break this down to you guys but before I tell you, just know that you don't have to be a part of this. I'll accept whatever you guys tell me."

Upon hearing Danny's words, the girls all had a confused expression on them. The girls all sat down on the bench as Danny began explaining to them about how Vlad created a clone of him. Safe to say, all the girls couldn't believe what they were hearing. However, there was some information that Danny decided to keep hidden… for now.

"Say… what?! Vlad created a clone of you?!" questioned Ember in anger. But the reason for Ember's frustration wasn't because she was mad at Vlad but rather because hearing that Danny and Desiree had a child, gave Desiree a one up on her.

"Hate to say it but it's true. With all the things that happened in the past few weeks, Vlad was collecting my DNA and tried to create the perfect half ghost son. Which in itself sounds extremely disturbing." Explained Danny in disgust.

"So… what happened to him?" Kitty asked.

"Thanks to Widow, I trashed Vlad's lab which caused his clone to degenerate. So, we won't be expecting any more clones any time soon." Replied Danny with relief.

"Widow? You mean one of the Queens, don't you?" Asked Dora which Danny simply replied with a nod.

"Yep, thanks to her help, I saved Dani too." Continued Danny.

"Dani… where is she now, Danny?" asked Desiree. Desiree on the other hand was stunned to hear such a story because having a child was always her dream but there was no man in her life who could grant her such a wish. However, to hear that the child was hers and Danny's nearly brought her to tears.

"Currently at my house. I wanted to her to rest since she was weak after what happened." Replied Danny

"So, was this what you wanted to talk us to about? Your clones?" asked Spectra which caused Danny to look away since he knew there was more to come.

"I wish it was only that but sadly there's more to this story and I need you guys to relax and follow me to my place." Requested Danny. The girls were starting to get nervous since his voice sounded serious.

"Cos let's just say, introductions are in order." Said Danny as he flew up and all the girls began to follow him.

Danny's home

After a while of flying, Danny and the girls finally landed inside into his parent's lab. Luckily the defence system was down and so they didn't have to worry about his house attacking anyone. Additionally, Jaz and Danny's Parents were off for a family outing, so Danny didn't have to worry about them either. All the girls stood in the lab, waiting to see what Danny was going to show them, but a sense of concern was displayed on their face. Perhaps either out of jealousy or concern who would have an advantage.

"Well here we are, so who did you want us to meet?" asked Ember. Danny took a deep breath before turning around and looking up towards his ceiling.

"All right girls, it's safe to come out now." Said Danny.

The first of which was the girl that Danny introduced to them before, Dani. Unlike the other girls, she had her own version of Danny's jumpsuit, in the style of black and white with D emblem on the chest. Dani looked up towards Desiree and realised, she was her donor/mother. Desiree simply covered her mouth with her hands because she was truly amazed at how such a beautiful girl was her daughter.

Following her, small female figures started descending to the ground from the roof. Each of them had some type of traits which felt similar to the girls in front of them.

The first girl who stood in front of Ember also had the same skin tone as she did. Additionally, her eyes were ice blue which were like Danny's. She had long hair with bangs which were partially hindering her vision (covering her right eye). Wearing a purple skin-tight jumpsuit with a number code on her arm which read "002". She was extremely nervous and shy as she was constantly fiddling with her thumb and couldn't say a word.

The second girl stood in front of Kitty, giving off a bright smile and arms crossed behind her back. Just like Kitty, she had her pale greenish-white skin and shaggy green hair (so pretty much a look alike of Kitty) with red eyes and thick eyeliner. She wore a green skin-tight suit and her number code was "003". One look and everyone could tell she was a kind soul with a hyper attitude.

The third girl was smiling towards Dora with her hands clasped. As Dora returned the smile to the girl in front of her, the girl simply bowed her head to display her respect. She had white-blonde hair which reached her shoulders, green skin and wore a light blue skin-tight outfit with a number tag which read "004".

The fourth girl had a distinct feature of 4 arms, blue skin and purple flaming hair. She stood tall and had a smile which displayed determination, will power and courage. One look and it was clear to tell that she was the daughter of Pandora. She wore a yellow skin-tight outfit with a number tag "006".

The fifth girl had a red flowing hair with a ponytail. She had a bit of a cold look, showing barely any emotions. She had a very mature appearance with a red jumpsuit which came with a tag with read "008". Being the tallest amongst them, she seemed to be the oldest. However, there was another issue, she actually seemed older than Danny and Spectra at the age of 18. It was pretty easy to tell that she was Spectra's child but much older.

The final girl stood to be a mixture of Perona and Daedra, having white skin with white hair on her left side and light blue on her right in the style of twin tails. One of her most notable features were her dragon like features such as her dragon like head and scales on her arm. However, for the dragon blood race, these were early signs of development for children to show that their dragon side was manifesting and that she was ready for an early dragon transformation which was a very rare occurrence. She wore a navy-blue jumpsuit with a number code which read "009".

Each of the girls just silently stared at their clones in front of them, it was just too awkward to say a word cos they realised that they were speaking to a clone which had both a mixture of their DNA and Danny's. Which meant that just like Dani, each of these girls were like their child. The two sides were just looking straight at each other, neither being to able to speak up but Danny decided it was time he broke the ice.

"Guys, it came off as a surprise to me as well but they're the other successful clones that Vlad created using our DNA. Now I have no idea how he managed to collect them but somehow our DNA were able to successfully create them." Explained Danny. The girls and the clones all turned to Danny with a surprised look. The clones all finally realised that they were staring directly at their creators.

"W-wait a minute… y-you're telling me that." Asked Ember nervously as she knew what Danny was trying to imply.

"Yeah, they're not just our clones. Thanks to Widow, she made me realise something important, they're… (oh gosh, here goes nothing) our kids." Said Danny which caused all the girls to gasp in surprise as they looked back to the clones once again.

"I brought them here because I thought it would be best if they met you personally, in hopes that maybe you guys should at least see them for yourselves. I know I should've told you guys but I really needed you guys to come. Of course, some of you may not appreciate the idea, but I thought it would be nice if they met their mothers."

At that announcement, all the girls were taken aback by the sudden news. A few days ago, they were all simple ghosts with regular after lives but out of nowhere, before them stood their DNA combined child. While some of them had faces of surprise, some actually seemed to welcome the idea. Pandora finally brought out her courage and walked towards her child.

"So, this charming young girl is… my child?" asked Pandora as she stood in front of the purple haired girl. Everyone was waiting to see what she would do next but after getting close, Pandora simply embraced her by hugging the girl.

"Ah…" Pandora's child was simply stunned because she didn't expect such affection from her creator. She never felt such a warm and kind feeling since she was always staring at a dark room through a test tube.

"I may not have given birth to you through traditional means, but it doesn't matter to me. To realise that someone this beautiful is my daughter, I couldn't be any happier." After breaking off the hug, Pandora smiled at her and asked "Tell me, what is your name?"

"I-I… I don't have a name." answered the girl looking down with disappointment. Pandora simply shook her head and slowly raised the child's head.

"Wrong my child, with a beautiful face such as yours, from now on you shall be named… Amara." Said Pandora as she hugged Amara. Tears began streaming down Amara's face upon feeling what a mother's warmth felt like. For the first time in her life, she felt wanted and loved by someone. Soon enough, each of the girls went up to their individual child and began interacting with each other.

First of which was Dani and Desiree, the two just had an awkward moment as they stood before each other. However, Desiree simply smiled at her before opening her arms and giving her a welcoming embrace.

"Worry not my child, I am truly happy to meet you, Dani. I am Desiree, I hope you and I can get along." Greeted Desiree as she gave Dani a warm smile.

"Mommy! I'm so happy!" Dani got a little teary eyed before running up to Desiree and giving her hug. A fortunate moment for both her and Desiree as both of them had someone that they could call family.

Kitty decided it was her turn as well and walked to her child. She had no reason to feel uncomfortable as she too wanted to be a mother one day even though it was sooner than anticipated.

"So, you're my little girl huh. I have to admit the resemblance is uncanny." Admired Kitty as she could see herself in her child.

"I mean, I did get your eyes and hair. Maybe I'm a little underdeveloped for now but I'm glad to meeting my beautiful mother." Welcomed Kitty's child.

"Aw, you're such a cutie pie. I guess you got that from me too, didn't you? I'm assuming you don't have a name yet, do you?" asked Kitty which caused her child to look down in disappointment.

"No problem, I've been thinking of this name for my first child even since I was little. The only problem being that the guy I was dating could never provide me one (nor did he want one)" thought Kitty as she rolled her eyes thinking of a certain biker ghost.

"You know, your eyes are as beautiful as the shining moonlight. I think I'll call you, Luna." Said Kitty which brought out a sparkle in the little girl's eyes since she loved the sound of the name.

"Oh my gosh! It's perfect! Thank you…um…" said Luna before hugging her mother.

"Don't be afraid… call me mom." Suggested Kitty as she brushed Luna's hair.

Luna couldn't even hold back her tears anymore; she was so grateful to know that someone so loving and caring was her mother. Being created in a dark lab with no memory of where she came from or who created her, she didn't know if she should belong anywhere but finally, she felt wanted.

Dora was next to approach her little one but to her surprise, her child was the one to approach her first. She went up to her and gave her a slow bow to Dora.

"Mother, I am truly happy to meet you. I hope to serve you well." Said Dora's child as she knelt down before her royal mother. Dora smiled as she went to her little girl and placed her hand on the child's shoulder.

"Raise your head little one. You were not born in this world to serve or kneel before others; you are a proud princess. But more importantly, my daughter."

"I-I…"

"Sssh, there is no need for words. I wish to give you the name, Julianna, the daughter of the Dragon Princess Dora." No more words were needed to be spoken. The two gave each other a warm embrace of love to show both their respect and happiness. Next on the line was Ember and her child.

"M-mother… i-it's very nice to meet you." Said Ember's child in a very shy fashion. Ember wasn't even sure how to approach her since the two could barely keep any eye contact to each other since this meeting felt too awkward for the both of them.

"H-hi kid, guess uh… I'm your mom. Nice to meet you." Greeted Ember as she offered a handshake to the child. A few moments passed and Ember still had her hand offered while the child was fiddling with her thumbs.

Everybody in the room could easily tell that those two were the most uncomfortable with each other. Not the biggest surprise since it was easy to tell that they didn't look anything like mother and daughter but according to Vlad's files, she was indeed her kid.

"Uh… I'm guessing you don't have a name, either right?" asked Ember but her child replied with a simple nod of her head. Ember started to thinking for a while but it wasn't the easiest thing to think of. But after a while of thinking, an idea finally came to her.

"How about… Etna?" said Ember which confused everybody in the whole room.

"Did… did she just name her child after a volcano?" thought Desiree in confusion.

Considering that she was a rocker girl, they were expecting something music related but that was not what they were expecting. The girls were hiding their faces upon hearing that name, some because of embarrassment and others trying to hold back their laughter. Ember saw the reaction from everyone and realised, maybe it wasn't the best thing she could suggest.

"Um… if you want, I can think of something else?" suggested Ember through her embarrassment. Etna immediately looked up to her and quickly shook her head.

"N-No, I-I like it. T-thank you, mother." Replied Etna as she gave Ember a warm smile. Ember blushed as she found her smile to be very cute before lightly patting her head. At first, they didn't seem like the most compatible but Danny was happy to see that they were able to slowly get along.

Spectra walked up to her child before realising that she was actually a lot taller than her. Due to all the power that Spectra absorbed from Danny when they first fought each other, she rapidly aged back to her teenage youth. However, it seemed her DNA made her child older through her body.

"So, you're supposed to be my daughter?" asked Spectra as she looked up and down the tall girl.

"Yeah, I'm supposed to be the daughter. Looking at you and my so-called dad, I'm older than both of you. A 14-year-old ghost nerd and a ghost who's turn on is misery. Right now, I'm contemplating whether or not I should've left my capsule." Replied Spectra's child. Spectra was actually surprised by her attitude, she really felt as though she looking at her child.

"Wow, you sure do know how to run your mouth, don't you? Judging from the way that you talk and uphold yourself; you must think you're the elite just because you're the eldest child amongst all of them. But make no mistake, someone who thinks they can act tough just because they've got a few things going for them, will crumble the second the second they lose their power. So, why don't you try to stop running from the truth and admit the facts?" Said Spectra.

"Admit the facts? What? That my mom is younger than me or the fact that she thinks she's something special and can actually try to intimidate me?" Replied her child which caused all the others to gasp in surprise.

Spectra's child was the first one to show such an attitude against their creator. Of course, due to the difference in age, there was indeed a fight for superiority. Spectra on the other hand was actually impressed by her attitude since no one usually speaks to her in such a way.

"Not bad. Got a name?" asked Spectra.

"Nope, and if you think you're gonna give me like Etna, you can dream on." Replied Spectra's child. Ember simply covered her face to hide her blushing embarrassment while the other girls were trying to hold their laughter back. Etna however saw the expression on Ember's face and simply grabbed her free hand to show that she didn't mind.

"Alright then, how about… Arianna?" suggested Spectra which actually caused her child to smile.

"Arianna, not bad. I'll take it." Said Arianna.

Finally, Perona and Daedra looked towards their daughter who was standing nervously. Perona was actually intrigued and wanted to know more about her but Daedra did not show the same optimism. Daedra was looking at her carefully since she had features of an early dragon, this was both rare and dangerous in their race.

"So please, allow me to introduce myself. I am Perona, one of the two princesses of the Dragon blood nation. And, your mother." Greeted Perona with happiness.

"And I am Daedra, the older sibling and princess of the Dragon blood nation. And… also your mother." Added Daedra in a complicated tone.

"It is very nice to meet you both. I am… sorry about my appearance, I know that I am not as beautiful as my two creators but, I hope we can get along." Said the child of the two princesses. Perona simply walked over to her and placed her hand on her face.

"Please, you do not have to worry. These are the early stages of your draconic evolution; it is all a part of our biology that you do not need to be ashamed of."

"R-really? This is normal?"

"It is indeed, but be warned, changes such as these can affect one's mind, attitude, actions and more importantly, their soul. Danny may have introduced you to us as our child but make no mistake, I will keep my eye on you." Said Daedra with a stern voice. It seemed as though Daedra was extremely conscious of what danger their child could bring, she wasn't even sure if she would accept the reality or not either.

"F-forgive me for my sister's method of speech, I believe what she was trying to say was that your powers can be dangerous if not tamed properly. Our powers are indeed some of the strongest in the ghost zone and therefore must be kept in check." Said Perona as she was trying to be more clear of Daedra's message.

"As such, you can count on us to guide you. You are not alone in this; we will always be here to help you." Said Perona. She knew first hand what it felt like to be alone with no one to help you, as such she had no intention of allowing another soul to suffer the way she did.

"But of course, we cannot continue without first giving you a proper identity. How about something simple? Lola, perhaps?" suggested Perona which made her child give her a look of disagreement. Perona panicked as she realised that her suggestion may have not been the best after all.

"O-oh… um, how about Lily? Or even Shyla?" Perona kept suggesting additionally name but it kept resulting in the same response from their child. Daedra just carried on watching as her sister kept suggesting names that were even making her feel embarrassed. Having had enough, she decided to speak up about it.

"How about… Serena?" suggested Daedra which surprised both Perona and Serena. She seemed the least interested in the subject but she actually suggested a good name.

"Serena, I like it. Thank you, my mothers." Thanked Serena as she bowed to both of them.

Danny wasn't sure if this idea was a good one but it seemed as though it was good idea for some. Desiree, Dora, Kitty, Perona and Pandora seemed to have embraced their clones and began to speak to them. However, Ember, Spectra and Daedra were not sure how to react. Teen parenthood was not something they were ready to do. After a while of talking, they two groups were finally getting along.

"So, what happens now?" asked Desiree as she held Dani in her arms.

"Well, to be honest I don't think my house is the best place for them. Having ghost hunters for parents will pretty much put them in danger."

"Well here's an idea, 8 of us and 7 kids, why don't' we take them to our homes?" suggested Pandora which surprised all the girls.

"What? You want us to… take them with us?" asked Spectra.

"I mean, why not? Each of us possess our own lair and therefore, we can take care of them." Explained Dora as she grabbed Julianna's hand.

"Uh… I'm not sure if that's a good idea." Replied Ember with a bit of panic in her voice.

"Really? I don't think your mom and sis would…" said Kitty but before she could finish her sentence, Ember immediately flew over to her and closer her mouth.

"SSH! That's not a topic we need to talk about!" said Ember in an angry tone. Afterwards, Kitty finally nodded her head to show Ember that she understood that she didn't want her to talk about her family.

"Okay, I'll admit. I brought this news out of nowhere and clearly, I caught some of you guys off guard. But my intention wasn't to push you guys on the spot, it was only to know if you wanted to be involved. And if not, I can respect your decision." Explained Danny.

"We'll, I've got no objection to the idea." Said Desiree. Alongside her, all the other girls also gave Danny the thumbs up to show that they didn't mind either with the exception of Ember, Spectra and Daedra. Ember then slowly made her way to Danny with Etna with a face of concern.

"Baby pop, it's not just that simple. I kind of…" said Ember before looking down to Etna who was showing a teary-eyed face of sadness, realising that she wasn't actually wanted by Ember. Feeling the tremendous amount of guilt falling on her head, Ember simply squeezed Etna's hand.

"It's probably more important to know if they're okay too… right?" said Ember as she tried to save the mood. Upon finishing her sentence, Etna turned to Ember giving a cheery smile. One look and Ember didn't have the power to disappoint the child, for her eyes were a deadly weapon of cuteness.

"Hey, you're right, Ember." Said Danny as he looked around to all of the girls in the room.

"(Wow, you don't hear that very often.)" thought Desiree as she rolled her eyes.

"I know the time we spent has been extremely short and some of you have barely known them or me. But I want each of you to know that they are ghosts I would trust with my life; they will never let you down. I know I'm asking a lot by doing this, but I hope that you can give them a chan…" Requested Danny but before he could finish, Dani quickly ran to him and gave him a hug.

"Don't worry, dad. I know its difficult for you but we don't mind." Said Dani as she hugged Danny again. Following her, Etna flew over to Danny as well and gave him a hug as well.

"W-we will always be there for you and we know that we will never be too far from you." Said Etna as she continued to hug Danny. But following Etna, the other girls also came to Danny causing him to fall to the ground.

"You didn't place anything on us, father." Said Julianna.

"But rather you gave us an opportunity to be free." Said Luna.

"To experience what it means to live." Said Amara.

"And most importantly, to have a family." Said Serena.

Danny smiled since he couldn't believe how mature they were even though most of them were just a few years younger than him but even still, he could truly feel the love of all of his daughters.

"Daddy... you'll protect us… right?" asked Etna in a soft voice which caused Danny's heart to have an arrow of love pass through. He smiled at her before giving her a kiss on her forehead.

"Of course, Etna. I'll never let anything bad happen to my girls." Promised Danny before getting swamped by his little ones… with the exception of Arianna who was simply watching from the side-lines because it was getting too mushy for her taste.

"Well then, I say its time we get going." Said Pandora as the kids let go of Danny.

All the girls simply nodded their heads as they went to their parents in preparation for the trip to the ghost zone. Normally a place that wouldn't be suggested for children but luckily for them, they have some very tough loving parents to protect them.

"Okay guys, I'm letting you go with them in hopes that maybe you all can lead a better life. So, do me a favour and don't give them too much of a headache." Requested Danny. All the girls gave him a nod, showing that they would do their best to comply to his request.

Just then, Danny activated the ghost portal and allowed them to go in one by one into the ghost zone. As they started leaving, Danny was feeling relieved to know that they were in good hands but of course, he still had concerns over their safety.

"Okay… that didn't go as badly as I anticipated. Though I gotta admit, Ember, Spectra and Daedra didn't really look that comfortable. I'll have to check on them when I get the time." Thought Danny before sitting on a chair. He released a sigh of relief but deep down he knew that there was a bigger obstacle on his way.

"Telling their parents wasn't that difficult. Now… how am I gonna tell MY parents?" wondered Danny as he slumped his head onto the desk.

School

The next day, Danny sat with Sam and Tucker outside, eating their lunch. But with the recent events, food was the last thing going on in Danny's mind. Sam immediately noticed while Tucker was enjoying his turkey sandwich.

"I know that's a good sandwich Danny but maybe you should stop admiring it and actually eat it." Advised Sam causing Danny to snap back to reality.

"O-oh, s-sorry. I just haven't been myself lately." Replied Danny as he finally took a bite of the sandwich.

"Well, you better snap out of it, have you even been studying for the C.A.T that's coming soon?" questioned Sam which caused Danny to slump in despair.

"Oh great, I've been so caught up with all this ghost stuff, I completely forgot about the test! I haven't had a chance to study!" said Danny with annoyance.

"Well, what about that personal tutor of yours? Can't she help you out?" advised Tucker as he finished his sandwich.

"Well… she has a kid on her hands now. So, I think she's unavailable now." Replied Danny with a sense of guilt.

"What about the girl group? Aren't they available?" asked Sam while rolling her eyes. Danny was about to respond but he was interrupted when Jazz walked up to the table.

"Danny, we need to talk, alone if possible." Requested Jazz as she turned to Tucker and Sam. Normally the duo wouldn't listen to Jazz and her requests but she was giving off the look which indicated that it was a serious subject. As such, the two took their lunch and gave them some privacy. Jazz sat down and looked Danny dead in the eye.

"What is it Jazz?" asked Danny with an annoyed attitude.

"Listen, I don't know what it is that's been going on with you. But mom and dad are really worried about you, I really think you need to communicate with them a little more. You've been going around disappearing for a couple of days, you never told mom and dad what you do and we've also noticed how your grades are slipping too."

All the things that Danny had to deal with, his family issues were the last things he had to put up with. Being the good son he is, they wouldn't mind what he would be up to but with all sudden ghost encounters and Danny's disappearance, his parents were on extra parental mode. All of which Danny didn't have time for.

"Jazz please, I have enough on my hands as it is. I don't think I need this too." Replied Danny annoyed as looked away. Jazz wasn't in the mood for his attitude either but she took a deep breath and sat next to him.

"Danny please, you were gone during the whole ghost attack and you were missing last night too. They were worried about you! I'm worried about you! I only want the best for you." Said Jazz as she placed her hand on his shoulder.

"So, what do you want from me?!" questioned Danny as he stood up from his seat and pushed away Jazz's hand.

"To communicate! Why do you bottle up your troubles and try to deal with them alone? Can't you see that our parents just want to help you? We're a family Danny!" answered Jazz as she tried her hardest to get through to him.

"Yeah, well what I have to deal with, nobody can help me!" yelled Danny though his frustration.

"What could you have possibly done that we can't help you as a family?" asked Jazz. Danny became hesitant since he couldn't answer her.

"You know what? Forget it!" Danny then turned away from Jazz and began walking the other way. Jazz quickly got out of her seat and tried to follow him. However, because of Danny's quick run he managed to get around a corner before Jazz could get to him.

"See! This is exactly what I mean! Danny, come back here! We're not do…" By the time Jazz got to the corner, Danny had already disappeared.

"He's gone." Jazz started walking away in disappointment in both Danny and herself. She was really hoping that Danny would be more open to speaking to her since she knew his secret about his ghost powers. She could only imagine the amount of stress he had to deal with his responsibility being the hero of Amity Park and a 14-year-old kid.

Sam and Tucker were watching the whole fiasco from a distance and they weren't particularly happy about Danny's attitude towards his sister.

"Whoa, Danny sure did act like a jerk there." Said Tucker in a surprised tone.

"Giver him a break Tucker, he's been going through enough as it is. But you're right, he could've handled that a little better. Maybe we should try and talk to him too." Suggested Sam. Even Sam wanted to help her best friend but this was exactly what she was afraid of, the lack of communication between her and Danny. Therefore, she wasn't sure if Danny would accept it either.

Elsewhere in the ghost zone

Somewhere in the dark corner of the ghost zone, stood a large tower which looked like a clock tower and alongside it, a large telescope. Within it, stood three ghosts who were watching the events at Danny's school.

"Do you see this? This is exactly what we were concerned about." Said an observant who was looking at a screen which displayed Danny's conversation with his sister.

"What? An anxious child who has more responsibility to bear than any other human?" said a ghost in a purple cloak with multiple watches on his left hand. However, a very interesting aspect of the ghost was how he had a clock inside his body whilst changing into different forms. These forms included a baby, regular aged and an old man.

"You know just as well as we do what this will lead to, Clockwork! He must be destroyed before the execution of the…" said another Observant.

"I know. The "3rd Act" that you keep referring to." Replied Clockwork with a hint of annoyance.

"Then you know what must be done."

"I do. But if that's all there is to it, I'll be asking you to leave now." Demanded Clockwork. The two observants turned to each other before leaving his tower.

"Tara, I require your presence?" requested the purple cloaked ghost. Before him came a female ghost with a blue hoodie, holding a staff which seemed to have a circular ring on the top. She also wore a pair of large glasses and a purple cloak.

"Yes, master?" asked Tara.

"I shall be away for a brief moment. Keep the tower protected." Requested Clockwork in his baby form.

"What shall you be doing, master?" asked Tara.

"Dealing with Danny Phantom." Answered Clockwork before disappearing into the wind.

Hope you enjoyed, part 2 of this chapter shall be posted within… I'm not going to say a date cos god knows when I'll upload again but even so, I already have half of it written down. I'll be honest, work, University and my personal life pretty much went down the drain for me in the past year. I also broke up with my ex which caused me to be hit by a hard stop called depression.

I was seriously so busy dealing with everything that I couldn't even do anything I enjoyed including writing fics and I must apologise deeply to all of those whom I have had to keep waiting. In fact, even now I feel this chapter is filled with so many errors and problems that I must and will fix. Of course, if you're reading this then I'm very thankful that you're still here but I must also give a quick thank you to these individuals who have believed in me constantly all this time.

Once again, I'm going to revisit my story and fix some plot points and errors. I'll try not to take too long with my next upload cos I've pretty much had this story in my mind ever since I started doing fics so believe me, I have an ending already in my mind. So therefore, I'm no longer going to be using the voting system and will be writing the story as I see fit. Hopefully, this will not negatively affect the story for you guys and will still be a nice read.

But anyways, with that I believe I have said what I needed to say. With that, please be safe as 2020 has not been the best year for any of us. Please stay home, take care of your family, wash your hands and be healthy. Have a good morning/day/evening/night
