Limericks on Gurren Lagann, part 2
Nia
Nia once was a frilly young girl
Till the day that she chopped off her curls
Now we're willing to bet
That she makes Simon sweat,
Though her cooking makes Rossiu hurl.
Kittan
Kittan has an unusual mech
A banana shaped ship at his beck
Take that with Simon's drill
Be as low as you will
What would Freud say if he could come back?
Lord Genome
Lord Genome once thought he could play
with his daughters, then throw them away
But Nia's got the last laugh
'cause he looks pretty daft
As a head all afloat in jell-ay
The Dai-Gurren Brigade
Dai-Gurren Brigade's reach is far
It's drill pierces through to the stars
E'en with villains about
If you doubt them they'll shout
Who the hell do you think that we are?
Unlucky in Love
Every man Yoko kissed met his end
So she decided this problem to mend
Now she strictly snogs girls
With this cautionary rule
That they're carefully chained to her bed
Author's note: Lord Genome was written entirely by Quercus, and the last three lines of Kittan. I failed to recognize her for Viral and the last line of Leeron in the first chapter as well. They were a collaborative effort, mostly on a long and boring plane ride. As you know, if you read this far, the rating had to go up a bit for this one, but explicit behavior is really the whole fun with limericks, after all. Happy (almost) St. Patrick's Day!
PS: The Yoko poem was inspired by an offhand comment by a friend on Yoko's kiss of death, and how the trauma must have turned her lesbian. Apparently.
