Lightning was happy the game was finally over and he had time to socialize with people! He never really had time to make friends or date anyone when he was at home, his father always had him doing extra school activities to make him a better person in the real world, which obviously didn't do him an ounce of good. He was on the basket ball team, foot ball team, wrestling team and the debate club. He also took drum and saxophone lessons and any free time he had he spent at the gym so he was always busy. This was the first time he had a whole summer to do what he wanted on a reality show with very little supervision of any kind. He was single and ready to mingle.

You see for the last 2 days Lighting has been scoping this place for the hottest chick he could find to be his girlfriend. He made a list of every girl he was going to ask out on the show and he was pretty sure he found the perfect girl. He bought her flowers and was going to invite her out to dinner with him tonight and spend a romantic evening by the pool.

He made his way up the elevator and all the way down the hall and knocked on door number 15 and he was so nervous when someone finally answered. It was Duncan who was standing there in his boxers and yawning.

"It's 7am what do you want?" Duncan leaned against the door

"Do you want to go on a date with me?" Lightning handed him the flowers. "Tonight at 7:00 by the pool?"

"No." Duncan told him. "I'm not gay."

"I'm not gay either." Lightning told him. "I'm just asking the prettiest girl in the whole playa."

"I'm a boy." Duncan yawned.

"You wear eyeliner." Lightning told him. "You're obviously a girl."

"I have my nipples pierced." Duncan told him. "I'm sleeping with my girlfriend in my room."

"So, you're a lesbian?" Lightning asked. "That's really hot."

"I'm a guy." Duncan sighed. "I'm tired too, why would you ask someone out at 7:00am?"

"Don't lie." Lightning told him. "If you don't wanna go out with Sha-lightning then just say so!"

Duncan didn't want to argue with him so he sighed and decided to agree with him.

"I'm sorry babe." Duncan rolled his eyes. "You're just not my type! I need someone who can show me what a real man is."

"I'm a real man!" Lightning told him.

"So am I." Duncan smirked and slammed the door in Lightning's face.

Duncan walked back over to his bed and sighed because Lightning woke Gwen up.

"Who was that?" Gwen asked.

"Lightning asked me on a date." Duncan laughed and handed her the bouquet. "Have some flowers."

Lightning was yelling all the way back to his room as he slammed the door shut to his room. Once he was in his room, he was so mad that everyone at the playa lied about their genders.

"Stupid Jo lying about being a guy and stupid Duncan saying she's a dude..." Lightning crossed his arms.

Lightning hated how confusing people at this place looked.

I had to do this. It was fun and I dislike Lightning. This is just a oneshot that I had this urge to write. Hope you guys liked it.
