OK, here's some real talk for anyone who is curious. All of my prior stories have been lost, other than what is archived here. Completed chapters that weren't yet posted, notes and rough outlines, all gone. And I was more than a bit crushed when I realized what had happened. I want to go back and finish what I started, but every time I think about what was lost I get frustrated an upset all over again. So, I'm sorry, truly sorry, one and all who have already read, favorited, followed, and left me encouraging reviews and messages. Your support and love for the characters and stories I've worked with touch me so much and was a huge motivation for me to even get as far as I did. While I can't express my appreciation enough for it, I hope you can understand that while I'm finally getting back into my writing, I can't and won't be going back to these old stories. Maybe years down the road I'll return to them and complete them, but in all honesty that will probably never happen. As I have gotten messages over the years asking when these stories would be done, I felt it only right to include this update for you. I hope it's not too big of a disappointment and that you will indulge me as I try to tackle some new ideas, stories, and characters.

The Challenge
Status: Complete
This was my first fanfiction and in fact the first story that I've ever stuck with past a few chapters. It started out as just a simple bet between Jareth and Sarah, but turned into something much bigger. It was a lot of fun for me to write and I must say that I particularly enjoyed Lady Regna. :) Will have one sequel and possibly a prequel. It all depends on if the guardians start talking to me again.

Animus Vinculum: The Forgotten Bond
Status: Work Suspended
Sequel to The Challenge. Starts off with tragedy, my sick ploy to keep my readers in suspense while I finished up my Holiday Saga. Don't hate me guys, it'll get better, I promise! Lots more action in this one, with lots of twists and turns. It's gonna be good... :) Side note: Make sure you read the last chapter of The Challenge carefully! There are so many clues in there about what's going to happen it's ridiculous!

Trick or Treat
Status: Complete
Part 1 of the Holiday Saga. This story came to me out of the blue about two weeks before Halloween while my niece was watching the Charlie Brown Great Pumpkin cartoon. I didn't have a plot in mind, I had no clue where it was going, I just started writing. With in just a few chapters it had turned into a game for me to see how long I could string everyone along. :) I truly had no idea how the story would end until I finished the sixth chapter and even I was surprised at how it ended. When it started I didn't see it going anywhere, but now I have 2 sequels planned, and it had a better reception than my long and dramatic masterpiece. :) What I learned is that readers loved to be teased.

Part 2 of the Holiday Saga. TOT ended in a very sad a dramatic way. I was happy to be able to create something other than the run of the mill happily ever after, but being a true romantic, it left me feeling depressed. So I decided to continue with my holiday theme, and with Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner, it seemed utterly perfect. I think we're still long off from any sort of happily ever after, but I'm having fun playing with a darker story. Now that I know where I'm going with this, I can't wait to see if I can pull it off with out being hunted down. :)

Part 3 of the Holiday Sage. Can't give anything away yet, but it'll be good. TGT is going to be more of a transitional piece I think, so there will be a lot more action going down in this one.

All I Want for Christmas

If you read it you'll see a semi long overly emotional author's note about what a bunch of crap it is. :) I still think it's sub par to my other stories, but I don't hate it as much now. It came out of raw emotion and served its purpose. I thought about writing a sequel and even wrote most of it, but after careful consideration I decided not to post it. I like this as it stands. Not everything can have a happy ending. However, I still have the (almost competely) completed sequel and if you ask it of me I will finish and send it to you. Otherwise it will stay buried in my computer. :)

Fall from the Darkness

This was a spur of the moment thing. I had read a story by Miss Selah called Rust and Stardust (A great story which you should totally read!) and afterwards I happened to check out her bio. Well in it she had posted a challenge, open to any fandom. The challenge was for 100 drabbles in no more than 100 words a piece. And the guidelines where, "Any pairing you would like, with a slow and deliberate seduction. Each chapter is a new challenge. You do not have to go in order." The idea really excited me and I immediately decided I wanted to do it. Originally I had thought about making it another Jareth/Sarah fic, but as you can see I already have A LOT of those. :) So I decided to branch out a bit. Legend is a great movie and another Universe that I think has a lot of potential. It makes me really sad that not a lot of people seem to be interested on this site and that section is kinda dead. People please, if you're reading this you've probably read some of my work and hopefully you liked it. Because of that, know that I won't steer you wrong! Go out and rent the movie, or buy it even better, and watch it! It's totally frickin great and trust me when I say you'll love it. Then afterwards we can all read and write more great fanfics set in its world and everyone will be happier. :)

It all started with a dream... And a fight with my muses! I didn't want another story right now, look at all the other ones I'm trying to work on! I have school, I have work, I WANT a life! Bah! Oh well, at least I'll get to spend some time with the ever delicious Captain Jack... No magic though. Hmm, this'll be wierd...

Oy vey! Another story idea that wouldn't leave me alone. Oh well, I was more than past due to write a BtVS fic. A short angsty bit about Buffy and Spike and the tragedy that was their love affair. Really Buffy, couldn't you be a bit nicer to the poor guy? He takes so much of your crap and all he asks for is a little lovin in return... Anyways, I think it's kinda said, but it ends on a happy note... Well sort of? Side note: The original title for this story, and in fact the name I saved it under was Love's Bitch. But since I couldn't use that due to FF rules, I went with Night After Night. I like the original better though. :) Ahh, poor Spike...
