My name's Lissa, and I must apologize for my penname... I have been a member here for a long time. It now makes me cringe. I am, however, too afraid to change it, because I don't like to confuse people like that... So yeah, I apologize.

What else can I tell you...? Well, I love to write. I enjoy making fan videos (mostly for Supernatural and Bones, though I've got a couple for Buffy, Angel, and Tru Calling as well), and I'm a music fanatic.

Darren Hayes is pretty much my god.

Along with Darren (under whom we also classify Savage Garden), my favorites in music are Temposhark, She & Him, Backstreet Boys, and Brian Littrell, though strangely enough this really doesn’t reflect much regarding my taste in music. Overall, I'm not a huge fan of pop music, 'cause it's usually crap. The brilliance of Darren and Temposhark, however, should never be ignored. Seriously, check them out. They’re amazing.

My ships are as follows (chances are, I will read and/or write nothing else):

Supernatural: Dean/Bela, Dean/Ruby, Sam/Bela, and, every now and then, Sam/Dean (okay, so maybe it’s a little more than every now and then)...

Bones: Booth/Brennan (though not the way they’re telling it on the damn show right now)

(And on a slight side note, I have developed an unhealthy obsession with a little universe I’ve created which involves a Sam Winchester/Temperance Brennan ship… Seriously. I've written four fics for it so far: All The World Is Waiting For The Sun, I daren't speak of what I'm wishing uselessly, It's Getting Cold (I dreamed we fell apart), and Always just out of reach from my over frustrated, shameful hands)

BtVS/AtS: I'm all about Buffy/Spike (I absolutely hate the Buffy/Angel relationship. With a passion), Buffy/Faith, Angel/Cordy, Angel/Faith, Willow/Tara and Wes/Fred

The X-files: Mulder/Scully (of course)

Tru Calling: Mostly Tru/Luc, though I could also go with Tru/Jensen

And a couple of important points about me and/or my writing:

1. I’m aware that I do not always follow the rules when it comes to the mechanics of the English language. Most often, this is intentional. I apologize if that bothers anyone.

2. If at all possible, please refrain from using too much “internet-speak” in your reviews. I welcome any and all reviews, and if you feel you have to, then that’s fine, but… Well, honestly, I don’t really understand a lot of it, so it’s likely I’ll get confused and have trouble reading it…

3. Please, please, please do not ever be afraid to leave constructive criticism. Seriously. Honestly, how do I know what I can improve on if no one points it out?

4. Last, but not least, I really and truly do appreciate all of your reviews, even though I may not always have a chance to reply, and I especially want to say THANK YOU to anyone and everyone who has ever reviewed one of my fics, or who will in the future… So again, THANK YOU!!

OH! And I almost forgot… Big important point here --

Character deaths are completely possible in any and all of my fics. However, I will not, under any circumstances, warn of them. I understand that not everyone likes character death (though, from what I’ve seen, they do tend to be some of the most intense and touching stories out there), but I am warning you here, so if you don’t like character death, then be very careful when reading my fics or just don’t bother with them, please, because I really don’t want to upset anyone, but I also don’t want to spend hours and hours writing a fic, just to tell half (or all) of the story in the summary because people can’t take a little character death… I’m not saying all of my stories involve character death -- in fact, most don’t… I’m just saying I won’t warn you beforehand, so please understand that in advance…
