Main Stars

Kitty Katswell: T.U.F.F.'s best secret agent ever. She is a tan cat, with green eyes, sexy black hair, cute black triangle-shaped nose, medium to large breasts, sexy hourglass midsection, sexy thighs, sexy legs & a big sexy booty. She's the main star of the fic. She falls in love with her sidekick; Dudley. She loves smooth jazz, blues, G-funk, old school rap from the late 80's to the mid 90's. She spends her off time either; cooking, shopping, karate, fighting, reading, or laying around. She is quite a singer, basketball player, football player, poker player & a pool shark.

She marries Dudley at the end of season 1. In mid season 2, she gets pregnant with her & Dudley's babies and at the end of season 2, she gives birth to twins' Rhonda Wellington Katswell-Puppy and Bradley Jay Puppy. In the first chapter of season 3, she gets a new hairstyle, new clothes, gloves, high heel boots, and a new collar. She also knows how to walk on a tightrope. She also stars in a sex video along with Roz & Dudley.

Dudley Puppy: Kitty's sidekick, who is a white dog. He gets distracted real easily by either; food or something stupid. For some reason he loves wearing a pimp hat, which he finally stops wearing in mid season 1. He falls in love with Kitty and then marries her at the end of the first season. In season 3, it is revealed that he had a hidden secret of having coulrophobia after an incident at a circus from when he was a small puppy in the first grade. He overcomes this fear after a brief talk with Kitty. He stars in a sex video with Kitty & Roz.

Keswick: T.U.F.F.'s scientist, who always stutters. Apparently, nobody don't know what type of animal he is. In season 3. He gets a girlfriend named Patrice Roscoe.

Chief: A flea who's in charge of T.U.F.F., who loves to get drunk or get high.

Pep Puppy: Dudley's & Charlie's mom. She falls in love with Dr. Rabies for some strange reason. She always calls Kitty & Roz by the wrong name.

Main Villains

Verminious Snaptrap: A big stupid rat, who's the leader of D.O.O.M. He's allergic to cheese. His evil schemes are lame and never works.

Madame Catastrophe: A soviet cat, who looks exactly like Kitty, except she haves a goatee beard & a patch over her left eye. She works alongside with her partner named; Dr. Rabies. She falls completely in love with Kitty. She can either attack the T.U.F.F. agents with her partner or by herself. 90 percent of the time, it's the latter. No one knows Madam Catastrophe's real name, except for Kitty & Roz. At the end of season 2. She get proposed by Dr. Rabies. She is a bi-sexual. In season 3. It was learned that she & her twin sister; Madame Chaos used to work as acrobatics for the crime committing clowns of Joyride Circus. She was called Flips.

Dr. Rabies: A soviet white dog, who looks exactly like Dudley, except he haves a goatee beard & a patch over his left eye. He works alongside with his partner; Madame Catastrophe. Like Dudley, he gets completely distracted over the stupidest things. At the end of season 2. He proposes to both Madame Catastrophe & her twin sister; Madame Chaos.

Main But Not As Important Villains

The Chameleon: As the name implies. A chameleon, that wears a transformation suit, that make him change into anybody & anything. He always have trouble with eyewear like glasses. He always get beat up, bruised, or injured at his house mainly from TUFF's actions or Dudley's wrecklessness.

Bird brain: A british, old aged blue-bottomed boobie who wears a monocle. He hates the things his assistant; Zippy enjoy.

Zippy: Birdbrain's assistant/girlfriend, who's somewhat of a slut. She speak in a Brooklynese/New Jersey accent. She is not very bright.

Jack Rabbit: T.U.F.F.'s Best former agent and Kitty's former partner. He's willing to do anything to drain Kitty's brain. He always calls Dudley & Roz by the wrong name.

OCs

Roz Katswell: Kitty's twin sister. She was the second born twin, and Kitty was the first born. She haves fiery red hair, which is always in a ponytail. Green eyes(first season only, Black eyes second season onwards), cute black triangle-shaped nose, medium to large breasts, sexy hourglass midsection, sexy thighs and legs, & a big sexy booty. She's becomes the third partner for Kitty & Dudley. She wears a dark blue spy suit, white shirt, short black skirt or black pants, depending on the situation. Dark blue high heeled boots with black trim or black high heeled boots with dark blue trim, depending on the situation. White gloves with black & red trim. She's a bit of a tomboy and is considered to be one of the guys. She used to be a gun-toting S.W.A.T. team member and police officer before moving from Seattle to Petropolis.

She & Kitty have a sibling rivalry that rears it's ugly head now & then. She also loves smooth jazz, blues, G-funk, & old school rap. She's also good at sports. At the end of season 2. She gets proposed by her future husband; Russell Judge. In season 3. She runs for mayor of Petropolis and comes up with a new political party; The BackBreakers. She loses the mayoral race to Mayor Teddy Bear, but decides to keep the BackBreakers party active. Roz also gets a new look. She now wears sexy thin-framed black glasses. A dark blue shirt with a black vest over it. Black jeans and black ankle boots with dark blue trim on top. She sometimes wear a black cap. She also knows how to walk on the tightrope and does it very professional. She stars in a sex video alongside Kitty & Dudley.

Big Poppa: A rich drugload, that's in charge of the Petropolis underground, the far southwest side of Petropolis, and two moderate sized cities named Jamestown & Benson City. He is a rottweiler. He hates the fact, that Snaptrap had taken the title of Petropolis' head villian & is control of all Petropolis. He runs a gang, that trafficks drugs & weapons between those two cities & the rest of the country. He also hates T.U.F.F. with a passion, as they stopped him from buying the T.U.F.F. headquarters & making it into his downtown underground hideout one time.

Lisa Katsley: Not really an OC. She's the female cat, that runs the flower shop seen on 'Snap Dad'. She's good friends with Kitty.

Frasier Crane: Leader of a killer hippie commume, that Kitty & Dudley accidently stumbled upon, while on a camping trip. He was planning on killing Kitty & Dudley while they slept, fortunately Kitty & Dudley overhears his plan on their second day at the commune. Fortunately, Frasier falls asleep and Kitty & Dudley escapes. The day after, Frasier vows his revenge on Kitty & Dudley for escaping. In season 3. He does get his revenge, but Kitty & Roz defeated him.

Tyson: Frasier Crane's pet grizzly bear who was slashed & beated up by Kitty when Kitty & Dudley was lost in the woods. Tyson exactly sounds like Mike Tyson. He returns in season 3, but is defeated by Kitty.

Chico & Smokey: Two cat brothers, who looks up to Kitty. They live in the section of Petropolis called; DeLisle Park.

Charlie Puppy: Dudley's older brother who Peg considers a modern-day hippie, that plays video games all day & haves sex with a lot of women. In season 2, he gets a job as a jingle writer & he moves out of Peg's house.

Alicia Katswell: Kitty's & Roz's older sister who lives in Florida. She was the one, who trained Kitty to wrestle alligators. She's married to a news anchor. She wears black thin framed glasses & haves a ponytail that looks wet, even though it's not.

Money Bags: Formerly known as; Judith Patrica Lafayette. A rich cat with orange & black stripes fur and black hair, that lives in the northern suburb of Richville in the Petropolis Metro area. She is the founder & mayor of Richville. She's lives in a big fancy mansion. She hates T.U.F.F. with a passion, as she sees it not an equal opportunity for females or cats. And she always let Kitty know about that everytime she bumps into the T.U.F.F. agents everytime she's in town, robbing a jewerly store or trying to buy someone else's property. Plus she hates Kitty for working with a dog, instead of someone of her species. Money Bags is based on the old Tiny Toon villain; Gotcha Grabmore.

Dre: Owner & manager of the clothing store; 'Pimpz & Ho's'.

Little Kitty Katswell: A stuffed toy cat that Kitty buys for Dudley, which he names after her. After defeating four villains at once, Little Kitty gets the recognition for it and Kitty gets jealous. The Chief makes Little Kitty an agent & denotes Kitty to the T.U.F.F. headquarters secretary. After Dudley & Little Kitty gets into trouble and Kitty saves them, Dudley decides to give up Little Kitty and gives her to regular Kitty. Kitty accepts Little Kitty and resides Little Kitty at her desk.

Bigot Bunker: Sometimes just called; 'Bunker' is Kitty's new across the street neighbor who's prejudiced against anybody for some stupid reason. Always called; 'Pumpkin Head' by Dudley. He talks in a Brookylnese accent often getting the simpliest-sounding words wrong. He lives with his long suffering wife; Edith. And he is based on Archie Bunker. He declares himself; 'King of da neighborhood' as he was the very first one to officially payed off his mortgage.

Cleatus: A funny-looking freak, that's from the South. He was invited by Snaptrap for a visit, but for some stupid reason, he won't leave. He loves going into the shark tank for some stupid reason. Snaptrap finally kicks him out in season 2.

Misty Katson: A cat, that looks exactly like Kitty, except her hair is longer. Her teeth & claws are longer & sharper. She's a character, that Kitty maded up in a scary story, while camping with Dudley, The Chief, & Keswick. In Kitty's story, Misty was supposedly killed in 1975, but it appears that she wasn't. Everynight, she goes hunting for food and the food is; campers. She uses different techniques on killing her victims. Kitty's character scares the daylights out of Dudley and sometimes, he haves nightmares of Misty. She comes back in season 3 in another of Kitty's scary campfire stories.

Catapatra Jones: Kitty's alter ego. She's based on Cleopatra Jones.

Evans Street Killaz: A young male cat street gang, that's in Dudley's old neighborhood. They come to Dudley's pool party uninvited. Their leader flirts with Kitty, thus making Dudley angry. They love to cause trouble in malls & stores. In season 2. They kidnap both Dudley & Kitty's & Roz's father; Vincent Katswell, but Kitty & Roz stop the gang and rescues both Dudley & Vincent. In season 3. They team up with two rival street gangs along with a bunch of clowns for Joyride Circus to pull off their latest heist.

Madame Chaos: Madame Catastrophe's twin sister. Her hair is the same color & style as Roz's. She haves a secret thing for Roz. At the end of season 2 she gets proposed to marriage by Dr. Rabies. Like her twin sister, she is a bi-sexual. In season 3. It is learned that she & her twin sister; Madame Catastrophe used to work as acrobatics for the crime committing clowns of Joyride Circus. She was called Jumps.

Frank: A new guard at the Petropolis Prison. He sounds exactly like that 'Yes Guy' from The Simpsons, except he's a dog. He's based on the former actor Frank Nelson. He always greets people with a loud and drawn-out "Ye-e-e-s?!" He returns in season 3.

Amy: A waitress, who's a yellow cat with black eyes, & black hair. She works at the El Mexicana restaurant. She talks in a 'Valley-girl' accent and is a bit of a ditz.

Jersey: The owner of 'Jersey's Computers & shit'. He doesn't take shit from anybody. He used to work for 'FedSlo', but was fired from it. His real name is; Steve Steenbeck, but likes to be call Jersey. In Season 2 he now owns 'Jersey's Electrical Store'.

Karey Kitten: A tan cat, with hot pink hair which is always in a ponytail. Black eyes, cute black triangle-shaped nose, medium to large breasts, sexy hourglass midesection, sexy thighs & sexy legs. She moves to Petropolis from Queens, New York & joins TUFF and becomes the fourth partner for Kitty, Roz, & Dudley. She used to work as a secretary for a horny old attorney back in Manhattan. She lives in Kitty's old apartment at the Cat Walk. In season 3, she starts up an relationship with Mini Dudley and in chapter 30 of the same season. She & the minis move out of the Cat Walk Apartments and into a nice home with plenty of rooms in Warren Hills.

Kaylee Katz: The older sister to Madame Catastrophe & Madame Chaos. She's an ex-villain. She married & loves to build stuff. She was a criminal mastermind, until she got married which she had to give up the criminal lifestyle. Despite being married, she keeps her last name.

Mini T.U.F.F.: Miniature versions of Kitty, Roz, Karey, Dudley, & Devon. They were created & cloned by Keswick to protect the city, while the main regular TUFF agents were on vacation. They are mostly used for survelience on corrupted politicians, business men, police officers and criminals due to their small size. They love to have fun too. They all live with Karey in the Cat Walk Apartments. In chapter 30 of season 3 of the Kitty Katswell Show. They move out of the Cat Walk Apartments with Karey and moves into a nice home with plenty of rooms in Warren Hills.

Snooki the Slut Bird: Zippy's Sister, whose smarter & wiser than Zippy. But also a slut, but not too much of a slut like Zippy.

Murder Inc.: A gang ran controlled by Big Poppa. There's about 20 or so members.

Janet Katz: The eldest sister of Kaylee, Madame Catastrophe & Madame Chaos. She is a lawyer.

Carmen Katswell: The mother of Kitty, Roz, Katty, Morgan, Alicia, & Gabriella Katswell. She currently is a wedding planner.

Gabriella Alice Katswell: The youngest sister of Kitty & Roz Katswell. She's 21 yrs. old and she attends Petropolis University. She's working on becoming a sexologist.

Murder Inc.: A gang that's controlled by Big Poppa. There's less members now.

Fineas & Pherb: Two troublemaking kids, that loves to cause trouble in Petropolis.

The Super Katswell Sisters Super Show-(The Kitty Katswell Show Season 2) OC's

Devon Foxx: A sexy female red fox with black hair, which is always in a ponytail. She haves a white muzzle & a black nose. She wears a green spy jacket, black pants, or skirt, depending on the situation. Black boots with green trim. White gloves with green trim. She will be the fifth partner for Kitty, Dudley, Roz, & Karey. She haves tattoos. She's 32yrs. old in season 2 and 36yrs. old in season 3. She is an excellent cook, basketball player, & sharpshooter. And she also a triplet. She used to be Kitty's & Roz's dorm mate back in Secret Agent College.

Ricki Walker: The replacement for Ollie; who's planning on taking over DOOM. She's a orange cat with small thin black stripes on her face. Also with a white muzzle and a cute small black triangle shaped nose. She also haves black hair which is in a ponytail. She also have green eyes. And always control Snaptrap very easily, because Snaptrap is too stupid to notice. Luckily for her, the DOOM henchmen don't tell Snaptrap what she does to him. She is also stronger & faster then Snaptrap too.

Madame Destruction: A tan cat from Russia. She looks exactly like Karey. She works & lives along with Madame Catastrophe, Dr. Rabies, & Madam Chaos. Her real name is; Elise Pendleton. She is also a bi-sexual.

El Señorita: A sexy looking chihuahua, who came from Mexico. She is a villain & uses her sexiness to her advantage. Dudley get distracted from her sexiness, each time T.U.F.F. tries to capture her or stop her from committing a robbery. She haves black hair & a sexy spanish accent.

Frida Desiree Fuentes: Kitty's & Dudley's new next door neighbor; who's a Puerto Rican cat, when she's actually from New York City. She befriends with the main TUFF agents & Mini TUFF. She owns a restaurant called; Frida's La Comida. She also have a sister named; Amethyst Fuentes. She haves tan fur, with a black tip on her tail. She have black eyes. And her hair is teal-aqua colored.

Julie Richards: TUFF's brand new secretary, who is also a rabbit. She replaces Tammy after Money Bags told Tammy; that she should be doing something meaningful with her life, instead of working for a horny old flea and Tammy quits & becomes a feminist. She haves black long hair, yellowish fur, small black nose, a white muzzle. She wears a red top or a blue top, black skirt & black close toed high heel shoes.

Juliana De Lafayette: Also known as Fancy Pants. She's a crimelord & is Money Bag's younger sister. She do what Money Bags do. She's not as prejudiced to Dudley or any other animal than her older sister. In Season 3. She tries to run for mayor of Petropolis as a republican against Roz, but she & Roz loses against Mayor Teddy Bear.

FLOPP: A bunch of losers, who try to be the best villains in Petropolis. In season 3. They team up with DOOM & Bird Brain and his gang after they steal a bottle of Katswell Power Water and uses it against the TUFF gang, but they were ultimately defeated by TUFF.

Bill Cunningham: A loser weasel, who loves to exploit people on his daily talk show. He's also a part time villain, who loves to steal from charities and people. He mostly does small crimes, not too major. He's friends with Bunker & the Chameleon.

Toni Gibson: A sexy tan cat with black hair in a ponytail, black eyes, with a black tip on her tail. She is the owner & delivery girl of; Speedy Toni's Pizzeria. Dudley's, Kitty's, Roz's, Karey's & Devon's favorite pizza place. She becomes friends with the TUFF agents, when they save her pizza parlor from a robbery by the HBS. Toni then decides to move her pizza parlor into the DeLisle Park Mall away from the Hartman Blvd. area.

Agent Filbert: Agent Nutz's brother.

Russell Judge: Roz's boyfriend and future husband who's a orange male cat who's strong & muscular. He meet Roz & Devon at a sports clothing store one day and he & Roz hits it off. He used to work at Speedy Toni's Pizzeria as a deliveryman. Now he works as a head maintenance manager for the railroad. He haves jet black hair, a mustache & goatee beard and black eyes. He always wears a red jersey, black shorts or black pants. White socks & black Nikes. He sometimes wears a hat. At the end of season 2, he proposes to Roz.

Vincent Katswell: The father of Kitty, Roz, Katty, Morgan, Alicia, & Gabriella Katswell. And the husband of Carmen Katswell. He works for Homeland security.

Peri Daphne Grammar: Kitty's & Dudley's brand new maid. She was hired to help do the house chores for Kitty & Dudley. She is a psychic and can predict things. She is a red cat with black hair and black eyes. She have a small cute black triangle-shaped nose & a white muzzle. She haves big breasts which guys are attracted to.

Alexis Sunset Shimmer: A sexy model & Playboy Bunny who owns her own clothing line. She's becomes friends with Roz and eventually her partners. She is a white rabbit with red hair with blonde streaks. She haves a small black triangle shaped nose and blue eyes. She is based on author Candyraverprincess.

The Kitty Katswell Show Season 3 OC's

Rhonda Wellington Katswell-Puppy: Kitty's & Dudley's first born twin daughter. She is a cat, just like her mother. She have tan fur, black hair, green eyes, with small black stripes on her face. She is the smart one out of the twins. She likes to build things, play with her dolls, read, and to help her parents. She wears a red & black dress with black baby shoes with red trim.

Bradley Jay Puppy: Kitty's & Dudley second born twin son. He is a dog, just like his father. He have white fur, blue eyes, with a black spot around his left eye and a black spot around his tail. He is very gullible just like Dudley, but he haves a slight bit of intelligence. He wears a blue t-shirt. Black jeans and white baby shoes. He wants to be a famous world chef when he grows up.

Katty Katswell: Kitty & Roz's third sister, who was evil and was in prison. She, Kitty, & Roz are triplets. She is no longer evil and decides to be a paper model.

Phil Williams: A black rottweiler who does the weather & is a sports correspondent on KPET news. He wears a dark blue suit with a white shirt underneath and a black tie. He also wears black business pants and black shoes. He will always appears for one second and yells a short phrase quickly & loudly. He's friends with the TUFF team, Penny & Mercedes. He's a excellent pool player, basketball player, & football player. He loves old school rap, and 70's jazz and R & B. He's based on Family Guy's Ollie Williams.

She is the leader of the alien trio and is sometimes soft-spoken & quiet and is very clever. Her actions are incredibly destructive & legitmately dangerous. Her new full name is; Raquel Astro-Hunter.

Commander X-91513304: The alien version of Roz. She is just like her twin; Commander X-91502303, except she's a lot stronger. She is second in command of the alien trio. Her new full name is; Fire Astro-Rare Mercury.

K-9 assistant X-08249132: The alien version of Dudley. He's the assistant of Raquel(Commander X-91502303) & Fire(Commander X-91513304). He was the one, who caused the trio's saucer to crash land in Petropolis. His new Earth name is; K-9 Joe Simpson-Griffin-Hill-Rodman.

Hartman Boulevard Syndicate: A strong street gang, which is maded from older male cats & dogs. They terrorize the entire Hartman Blvd. which runs from downtown Petropolis to highway 69, the western boundry of DeLisle Park. They are rivals of the Evans Street Killaz & Murder Inc. They attempt to rob Speedy Toni's, but TUFF stops them. They join rival street gangs; The ESK & the 66th St. Gang of West Petropolis along with the clowns of Joyride Circus to help them with their heist, but was defeated by Kitty & Roz.

66th St. Gang of West Petropolis: Another street gang, which resides on the westside of Petropolis. They mostly have cats, dogs, and foxes as members. They hate the small ESK & have a huge rivalry with Big Poppa. They join with rival street gangs; The ESK & the HBS along with the clowns of Joyride Circus to help them with their heist, but was defeated by Kitty & Roz.

Choppa: A rottweiler gangster, who loves to beat people up.

Grey Gibson: Toni's older sister who owns & runs; Grey's Cheeseburgers & more. Both she & Toni came from Brooklyn, New York.

Chasity Sharp: A female cheetah, that Kitty hates since they was in Middle School. Chasity was always dubbed as the best in everything, as she usually comes first and Kitty normally comes second. She always beat Kitty & or Roz in everything. From races to even the prom queen. On the last month of Kitty's senior year of high school, there was a contest, on who was the prettiest girl of the senior class. It was between her & Kitty. Chasity won the most votes & as always Kitty comes in second. Chasity is a total snob and thinks, that she's above everyone.

Mordecai the screaming yiddish clown: A jewish clown who loves to scream & yell. He loves to annoy people with his loud voice. He haves his own show, that TUFF hates.

Fat Cat: A retired crime boss, who's the uncle of Money Bags & Fancy Pants.

Diane & Maria James: Two twin sisters who are struggling magicians. Thanks to Kitty & Roz. They gain their confidence after doing a show at the twins' birthday party and now popular among the entertainment arts in the state thanks to a review from Taylor Anne Fey. They are called; the Magicats. They both first appear in chapter 29.

Morgan Katswell: Younger than Alicia Katswell, but older than Kitty, Roz, Katty, & Gabriella. She wears her hair the same way as Alicia does and wears the same type of glasses as she does too. She owns & works for a sports clothing store. She wears a black sports wrist band on her right wrist. A black sports elbow band on her left elbow. She wears a dark teal shirt & black jean shorts or pants. Black Nike shoes with dark teal laces & trim. White socks with teal & black trim on top and a teal ankle bracelet on her left ankle. She likes old school rap music from the 90's & plays basketball.

Patrice Roscoe: She is a female version Keswick. She haves black shoulder length hair. She wears thin-framed glasses and also haves a slight overbite and her tongue sticks out a tiny bit. She wears a light blue shirt. Dark blue jeans and white Nikes. She meets Keswick when Keswick, the Chief, DOOM, Birdbrain, & the Chameleon were lost in the woods in a camping trip. She is the heiress of Roscoe's Rib Rack on Rolando. Like Keswick, she likes scientific things. She have a soft voice, which make it hard for others to understand her sometimes.

Nancy White: Wolf Spitzer's female co-anchor. She's pretty attractive and Spitzer always make sexual jokes at her. She is a cheetah with red & black hair and black eyes. She wears a red business woman's suit, black skirt, & black high heel shoes.

Greg Malone: Devon's new boyfriend. He is a male red fox that haves black hair, which is cut in crew-cut styled and he wears a black hat, black glasses, a red short sleeve shirt and a black short sleeve shirt that's always open, black jeans with black Nikes with small white trim & laces. He works as a machanic at a garage.

Alexis Jennifer Lopez: A pretty tan cat with reddish & black hair. She is a attorney lawyer for the law firm; Lopez, Katserwitz, & Moore Attorney Law Firm. The very best law firm in Petropolis. She is the lawyer for Kitty, Dudley, Roz, Karey, Devon, Toni, Penny, Mercedes, & Mini TUFF. She is a compentent lawyer who knows her stuff. She rarely loses a case. She wears a black ladies business suit, black skirt and black closed toed high heels.

DashieLMFAO: He is a slightly overweight & muscular orange with black stripes male tabby with a white muzzle, black eyes, and a small black triangle-shaped nose. He wears a blue shirt with a black vest. Black jean shorts or black jeans. White socks and black Nikes with blue trim and white laces and a black flat cap on backwards. He is a comedian/old school rapper. He has an account on 'wetube' which he plays video games and skits which the TUFF quintet & Mini TUFF likes. They met him at the Petropolis Hip Hop Spring Fling and becomes good friends with him. His real name is Charles Floyd Harper.

Brianna Van Oy: She is the owner & manager of 'Barefoot Brianna's'. She is a female tan cat with black hair in a ponytail. Little thin black stripes on her tail with black tips on her ears and black eyes. She meets the TUFF gang at the second annual Taste of Petropolis with her husband Anthony Hardaway I. She becomes friends with Kitty and they suggested on having a play date with their kids. She wears a blue t-shirt, blue hat, black jean shorts or black jeans, and white ankle socks with thin small black striping on top and black Nikes with black laces & small white trim. Despite being married. She keeps her maiden name.

Anthony Hardaway I: The husband of Brianna Van Oy and one of the chefs that works at Barefoot Brianna's. He is a male tan cat with black hair which is cut in a crew cut. He haves black eyes. A nicely trimmed mustache & goatee and is muscular toned. He becomes friends with the TUFF team as well as Dudley.

Jenna Shannon Hardaway: The twin daughter of Brianna Van Oy & Anthony Hardaway I. She is a smart kitten just like Rhonda. She was born first. She likes & enjoys scary stories & scary movies despite her age. She appears in chapter 22 along with her twin brother.

Anthony Hardaway II: The twin son of Brianna Van Oy & Anthony Hardaway II. He's a male kitten named after his father. He was born second a few minutes later. He likes to be called; Tony II. Just like his twin sister. Tony II likes & enjoys scary stories and scary movies despite his age. Also like his older twin sister. He first appears in chapter 22.

Gretel Shuttershy-aka Shuttershy: A yellow weak & shy pony with a pink mane. Kind of based on MLP's Fluttershy. She does not have a fixed occupation, but has a variety of careers, which always end in a series of unfortunate, often seemingly fatal events. She is very shy and barely talks loud enough for people to hear, which gets people pissed off at her. She is not liked by anyone in the city.

Lowell: The owner of Lowell's Yogurt stand, where the TUFF crew always get & eat their yogurt. He is a light brown cat with a finely trimmed mustache, who's also openly gay. He also loves fashion shows & reality shows like Petropolis' Top Model.

Lyra Green: The loyal maid of Fancy Pants. She is an orange tiger cat with black hair & blue eyes. She haves a spanish accent.

Chicken Tetrazzini: He's a famous world-class chef who turns into a criminal, because his restaurant in Petropolis doesn't get any world famous celebrities. He is a rooster and haves a french accent. In Chapter 21. Kitty, Roz, & Dudley goes to his fancy apartment. Fight him and then arrested him.

Peter Richards: Julie's husband. He's also a rabbit and he gets really jealous when some man flirts with his hot wife.

Agent Numb Nutz: Agent Nutz & Agent Filbert's stupid & crazy cousin. None of the main TUFF gang or anyone else at TUFF likes him.

Stupid Bitch: A ditzy blonde female dog, that looks like Daisy, except she wears a red shirt and black jeans. She works along with FLOPP.

Fuck Me: A female Chinese mallard with black hair. She works for Bird Brain. She loves to give people full body massages along with a happy ending. She has a twin sister named; Piss Off. She is short-tempered sometimes.

Diana Patrica Smiles: Mercedes' younger sister who is 21yrs. old. She is currently in college and sometimes helps at Penny's Billiards & Ribs. She is quite a wiz in electronics. She haves jet black hair, which is often tied in a ponytail. She also haves 44D sized breasts.

The Joyride Circus Gang: The clowns of Joyride Circus headed by the leader & main clown; Juggler. They love to commit crime while doing their acts whenever their circus goes to towns, villages, & cities. They first appear in chapter 25 of the third season of the Kitty Katswell Show. They overpowered TUFF at first, but ultimately they were defeated by TUFF. They were created by fellow author; Ninjatana Warrior.

Janet Andrea Smiles: The Miami cousin of Penny & Mercedes. She's quite a basketball player and cook. She likes to workout, exercise, & cook. She haves fiery red hair which is often in a ponytail & a beauty mole on the right cheek on her face. She is the same age as Penny & Mercedes also and she also haves the same bust size as them which is 45D. She is a nudist in heart. She also owns & runs Penny's Billiards & Ribs along with Penny, Mercedes, Diana, Lazlo, & Patsy.

Tara Griffin: Is a female cat with blonde hair. Blue eyes. She wears a red cocktail dress along with red high heeled pumps. She is the Chief's brand new girlfriend who was cheating on him by dating Agent Gorilla who himself was cheating on Agent Lynx. She really didn't care about Agent Gorilla at all. She doesn't really care about anyone else but herself and according to rumors. She is a gold digger.

Melissa Banks: Is a orange tiger cat with blonde hair and deep brown eyes. She wears a red ladies' business suit along with a black skirt and black closed toed high heeled pumps. She works for Cunningham on his old show and she was hired by him to play along with Money Bags' team; The Moneygrubbers. She is really good at basketball.

The Neon Mixmasters: A gang of seven people who love to break dance and commit crimes. They also love to ride their motorcycles and listen to loud rock music as well as rap music. The leader is Heavy Metal Jammer. The members of the gang consists of; Glitz Cat. Disco Jay. Punk Dog. MC-NT. Disco Dancer & Boomboxer. They first appear in chapter 28 of the third season of the Kitty Katswell show which they pickpocket Spring Breakers' wallets & processions. They were defeated by the TUFF gang onstage at the Hip-Hop Spring Fling and was sent to jail. They were created by the author; Ninjatana Warrior.

Duke Anderson: A German Shepherd that owns the new eating place. Duke's Deli. He also owns a food truck and he appears for the first time in chapter 29.

Leah: A calico kitten with black hair in pigtails and green eyes. She wears a black t-shirt. Blue jeans and white sneakers. She is the best friend of Brad, Rhonda, Judy, Hugh, Jenna, & Tony II. She first appears in chapter 29.

Judy: A black haired orange female kitten with blue eyes. She wears a red t-shirt with black jeans & black sneakers. She haves a huge crush on Brad despite of Brad's objections. She is also a friend to Jenna, Tony II, Leah, Hugh, & Rhonda. She first appears in chapter 29.

Hugh Brooks: A young male fox who always wear a purple robe. Blue jeans & white sneakers. Red fez and haves a pipe in his mouth which blows out bubbles. He always tend to woo the girls of the twins' little group which gets the boys very jealous. He hopes that one day he will win over Rhonda. He gets embarrassed by his dad as his dad is a stereotypical nerd. He first appears in chapter 29.

Taylor Anne Fey: An entertainment critic and the sister of the local food critic Tina Marie Fey. She was the one who attended the twins' birthday party to see the Magicats' first performance. She really enjoyed the show and she gives the Magicats a very good review which made them very famous to the city. She is a gray tiger cat with black hair. Black eyes and wears black thin-framed glasses. She first appears in chapter 29.

AKH Hotshot Sorority: A rich sorority who does evil crime. The sorority is made up of cats & foxes from Freshmen to Seniors in college. The members consist of; Baylee, Rowena, Yvonne, Cherry, Sherry, Armand, Naomi, Heather, Jing, Ling, Tabitha, Giana, Natasha, Valerie, & their leader; Peyton. They first appear in chapter 30 when they try to rig a baseball game, but the TUFF gang put a stop to their games.

Kung Pow Chicken: Not really an OC as he had appeared in the T.U.F.F. Puppy episode; Dog Dish. He appears in chapter 31 as the head chef of a new Japanese restaurant, who gave Kitty, Dudley, & Roz food poisoning because the trio had arrested his cousin Chicken Tetrazzini. The rest of the TUFF gang finds out about this and went to him and defeated him sending him off to jail.

Her favorite classes are P.E. cooking, & auto repair. She was a cheerleader & is a basketball player for the girl's team. Sometimes, she likes to skip classes or school, so she can work at her job, which is a KFC. In her spare time, she likes to make her own raps, Fix up her ride, Play basketball, play pool for cash, beat up background nobodys, make fun of almost anybody, & chat on her laptop.

Penny likes to cook. She was a contestant on the show; "Hell's kitchen", where she was the only contestant to ever beat up chef Gordon Ramsay. She used to drive a dark navy blue 2007 Chevrolet TrailBlazer, but now drives a black Cadillac Escalade. She was born on May 6, 1991. She now appears in the Kitty Katswell Show with her cousin.

Mercedes Anita 'Benz' Smiles: Is also a street smart & tough cousin of Penny & Patsy. She lives in West Englewood; in Chicago, IL. She is (16 almost 17) & is a only child & loves every minute of it. Her dad works on the north side of Chicago & her mom works for the railroad. Mercedes gets B's & C's in school, where she is a star on the girls basketball team. Her favorite classes are; auto repair, cooking, & P.E. Mainly, she skips the other classes, because of her job at the Pizza Hut/Taco Bell. She shares the same interests as her cousin Penny & other urban family members. Mercedes also follows the NBA. Her favorite team is the Chicago Bulls & favorite basketball players are; Scottie Pippen, Allen Iverson, Dwayne Wade, Ben Gordon, & Michael Jordon.

Mercedes also loved the 1990's, but she also has a weakness for the 1970's as well. According to her, everything during these decades was "'tight', 'hip', & 'dope', but now everythin's all fucked up now." Mercedes also has a soft spot for the railroad industry. As she was raised on trains, as she lives close to the tracks. She also gained the name; 'Mercedes Smiles, the Christmas mongoose' from her mother, after Mercedes single-handedly saved West Englewood from destruction, after the announcement of super mega mall was gonna be in place of everyone's homes. She poured sugar into the gas tanks of the wrecking equipment, which caused them to breakdown, before the destruction began. The developers decided to build the mall somewhere else, which was a christmas gift for all of the residents.

Mercedes enjoys spending her time with her two cousins; Patsy & Penny & Lazlo in season 2. All four of them have a great time with each other. She is also a good shooter with great aim.
