Well, these things are usually pretty awkward and filled with things that people don't really want to know, so I'll try to keep this brief and to the point. My name isn't actually Kitty, though most people in my home-life call me that. I wear scrubs to work everyday, wishing secretly that they were more flattering. I grew up reading everything I could get my hands on during the classes I was meant to be paying attention to because nothing was ever challenging enough. I found myself often making up complex histories and alternative timelines for the worlds that other people created through literature/movies/tv in an attempt to live in those worlds for as long as I wanted. I still continue to do so to this day. So coming to Fanfiction.net was really just an extension of all that.

Alternatively, I also work on many original stories that I would someday like to publish despite the fact that I don't actually think anything I write is ever any good. It's just the Artist's Syndrome messing with my head.

I speak the King's English, and want to live my life around other people who do so as well. I despise the bastardization of the language and fail to understand the desire to further sully it.

I eat, sleep, bleed, breathe and live music. I love creepy, strange and gore - fest movies. I love writing and plan on doing so much more than I have been lately.

Movies that I enjoy:

The Chronicles of Riddick/Pitch Black, The Riverman, Mr. Holland's Opus, Pathfinder, Silence of the Lambs/ Hannibal, The Lost Boys, Mummy trilogy, Star Trek (all of them, especially the reboot which I adored despite the widespread hatred of TOS fans... which I am), most horror movies - just for the fun, Doom for the man candy, Magic Mike for the same reason, movies based on the works of Jane Austin, Jane Eyre, anything with Karl Urban in it because he's been my celebrity crush for many years, Anne of Green Gables trilogy (yes, it was a book first and I love those too but I adore the movies.) Movies with aliens, deadly airborne/ droplet/blood transfer movies, ghosts, vampires or murderers.

TV shows I enjoy:

Game of Thrones, True Blood, Supernatural, most Star Trek series, Buffy, Angel, Merlin, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Queer as Folk, House MD, Kingdom Hospital, Criminal Minds, Downton Abbey, Big Bang Theory and several more. I seem to have a sieve for a brain tonight.

Books that I enjoy:

Lets just say that I love most of the classics, works about the human mind and the things that has the influence to spark the most brutal acts of human atrocities (mostly works on the minds of serial killers), anything that has court intrigue, petticoats, snarky masters of the manor, and Victorian manners. I love vampires (the real kind, thank you), and murder mysteries, things that go bump in the night, demonic possession, pieces that make me fall in love and ones that make me wish for something greater in my life, Arthurian legend, men with swords and armor, olde English, people who seem as real to me as the ones I wake up with, the beautiful and misguided Villains, the way I can never seem to read the last chapter without mourning. I love books. Period.

I read fanfiction like most people breathe and I have so very many WIPs on my computer that I may plan on finishing eventually. Reviews make up my blood so if you happen to read one of my stories, then please just drop my a little note to tell me what you think - good or bad.
