Announcement: As you some of you might know, I got into a spot of bother with some amateur critics around January and though I hardly ever agree with critics even the professional ones! I especially dislike most movie and book critics, they’re always so biased and I often wonder who died and made them god, but anyway beside the point.

Since I really don’t feel like getting involved in this “turf war” I’ve decided to take some measures. I’ve deleted two of my stories and have put Exile on hiatus since some people seemed to actually like it. I’m not sure if I’ll ever continue it, depends on whether the climate on here changes or not.

I hope those of you who are a bit peeved at me for ending the story so abruptly understand that at over eighteen, I’m a bit too old to get involved in something as childish as internet bickering. And I just can’t get behind hatemongering on internet or being cursed at without provocation by people I’ve never had dealings with who then continue to harass me personally after I skillfully ignored their downright rude outbursts. I do still enjoy cooking up odd stories and I might even start posting again sometime but I feel like Exile has been “tainted” for me to some extent.

So a small actually quite non-bitter request to Critics United: if I do start posting again could you please refrain from reading my stories? I’ve checked and double checked and none of my stories were against any rules made up by (since didn't delete any of my stories themselves, they seem to agree) and aside from perhaps a few sloppy spelling errors and maybe the occasionally out of character portrayals the storylines weren’t all that awful I suppose so there is really no need for some of your lesser mannered staff to verbally abuse me.

I really hope you’ll start checking the social competence or incompetence of some of your members because though I, along with many others can simply shrug off digital abuse since it is just that, digital abuse but I feel like I have to remind you that there are a lot of young kids on this site masquerading as over fifteens. I’m not threatening you or aiming specifically at your group but if I coincidentally catch anyone digitally abusing someone who’s clearly not reached a certain age of maturity I won’t hesitate to report you to e-cops: they're kids and should be treated as such, if you wish to critique them do it gently and without resulting to name-calling or abuse even if they're the one's who start it, just be mature and have some decorum. I’ve written a dissertation on cyber bullying and extensive online name calling along with (I still can’t believe my story actually spawned this) threats are still often considered as illegal especial in regard to minors.
