Sakata Gintoki

I love him so, so much. Although I root for a lot of main characters of the shounen genre (Naruto, Luffy, Ichigo ect) but none of them resonate to me more than Gintoki ever does. I have a history of mental illness, I'm still working on somethings now too and to see a hero like that, a hero with no big dreams or goals, just a hero that want to live another day of his life enjoying the simple happiness that brought by the family around him, he inspire me so much. He's not your righteous hero with straight to the point charms and charsima that make everyone adore him, but he's a man that has been through a lot and still come out as a good man, with much more complex charisma that even if people don't fall on their knees to worship him, they follow him and love him.

Other characters included: Kagura, Hijikata Toushiro, Katsura Koutarou, Kondo Isao, Shinpachi, Okita Shogou, Sakamoto, Takasugi Shinsuke, Bansai and well, let's just say all of Gintama's characters have their own way to inspire me.

KHR:

Tsunayoshi Sawada

Where do I begin with Tsuna? Just he's such a inspiring characther and it was so much fun to watch him grow from this 'useless' middle schooler to someone who fit to lead, and not just a mafia or Vongola, Tsuna is a good leader. Period. I also like how despite he's shown to freak out constantly over his family's overdramatic stunts, every time it counts, he handle an emergency situation with calmness and determination.

What I like about him the most is perhaps, that even after saving the world from apocalyptic future, first chosen as the next generation Arcobaleno aka the strongest, he still so humble. It's common theme that Tsuna's kindness will either save the mafia or destroy him, but after all of the enemies he faced become his allies, one even become his guardian, Tsuna's kindness is definitely a weapon and it's just make him more terrifying.

And while having a good-man main charachter usually just disinterest me, Tsuna have more than enough layer to make him more complex, especially when we're told that TYL! Tsuna was the one who created the plan to send our current Vongola X. He's definitely a fun character to read, write and experiment on.

Dino Cavallone

HIM, OKAY?! HE DESERVE MORE SPOTLIGHT! Like I would read the shit out of Dino Cavallone's arc okay?

I just wish Amano-sensei actually explore his relationship with Tsuna as his 'big brother', you know show us rather than tell?

Because as much as I love Amano-sensei's works, I feel like that's what big part of their siblings relationship is with Amano-sensei keep telling us, though we can see that Dino care for Tsuna and Tsuna respecting Dino as such. I do like the development in his characters have at TYL arc, especially how he handle Kyoya.

I have so many things to say about Dino, like the general setting how he's the mafia boss of the 3rd most powerful ally of Vongola and despite the fact that he grown up inside that dark world, he still have the same life principle Tsuna have and so much more head canon.

Reborn

He's one of the most powerful and interesting character in KHR because while at a glance, you might think he's a develop character with a lot of experiences, we can still see that his relationships with Tsuna bring him lot of new experiences.

I love the fact that unlike Dino who's belief is still a little black and white, Reborn is just shades of grey (Probably fifty of them? *snort* God, that franchise if awful), he's the one support Tsuna's belief of right but he's someone who will not hesitate to do questionable things to make the 'right' come true. I mean he have a moral, we see that, we know that, unlike Xanxus or Bel, but his moral stand is flexible as hell which is why his relationship with Tsuna alone is so freaking interesting because I think Tsuna will ended up as the catalyst for Reborn potential character development, Tsuna is will ended up as Reborn's Moral Compass but at the same time, Reborn is still Tsuna's catalyst, his adviser, his guide, the person that would lead Tsuna to where he supposed to stand.

Reborn would always know more than Tsuna, that's a fact. His actions would not always follow what Tsuna want but I think that later on, when he needed a safe line of what he could and shouldn't do, that line would be Tsuna's belief, just as Reborn's view of reality will be Tsuna's savior from his blind righteous downfall.

Other characters included: Vongola of 10 Gen, Vongola of 1 Gen, Superbi Squalo, Xanxus, Fran, Bianchi, Ipin, Lal Mirch, Byakuran Gesso, Chikusa, Ken... Let's just say a lot!

KnB:

Kagami Taiga

Kagami grow on me, he's one of those sneaky character that ended up being my favorite despite the fact that I don't like him that much at the beginning, it's those little traits you know, I love that he can cook better than most of the girls in the anime (EQUALITY FOR THE WIN!), he's so stubborn but all for the right cause, despite his rough like appearance, he's just such a dork and much more attentive, like he's such a true definition of a Gryffindor and he's not even in the franchise.

Kise Ryouta

I don't know why but I fall for him since I first time I saw him, maybe because for such an easy going character, he have such a big passion for what he love.

Akashi Seijuurou

He's the definition of a perfect person with big ego problem which basically means Akashi is moi (expect I'm not perfect like him so...). I love him, both of him but as gentle as the real Akashi is, I still think he's ego is pretty big. People always saw him as the King and I love seeing him as a King, but you know, what I really want (God, I'm so sorry Akashi) is for someone one to bring out his weakness or to be his weakness. Like I feel really bad but Akashi always have people to follow him, to act on his order and they're right to do so because Akashi is a natural leader but like, I want to see Akashi gladly follow someone order because he want to or you know, just spoil them even though they didn't want him to because he can okay? Like, generally my favorite trope for Akashi is definitely for Akashi to be the most powerful person in the room, as long as the person he love wasn't in that room.

Aomine Daiki

I can't believe this douche turn out to be a sweetheart!

I can't believe I even thought he's the cool villain, he's the biggest dork ever and oh, how I love him.

Kuroko Tetsuya

Lots and lots of person like him because he's cute and 'uke-ish', like he's no doubt the definition of harem sometime lol but I like him because he's not perfect.

I like that he didn't see his flaws as flaws, just, you know, something he could turn into his strength and I know that he didn't saw it that way originally, but he did learn to change his mindset and God, he's just such an inspirational character, his personality is so adorable and I like the way that he seems like an angel but actually he's a big prankster.

Haikyuu:

Kageyama Tobio

I have never related to an anime character more than I do to Kageyama. I had similar problem in my junior high with my peers, I was probably more selfish than Kageyama, more prideful and as I enter high school, I realize that and I tried to change that and while I can't say much, I think I'm a little bit better as a person now and I own that to my high school friends too for helping me. So when I started watching HQ at the end of my senior year, the moment they told Kags' story, it resonate me and he become such an inspiration and motivation for me to better my self.

Tsukishima Kei

While I related to Kageyama in term of my problems and see him as my inspiration, Tsukki reminded me when I struggle to find passion and open my self to others. And while Kags' problems resonate with me and inspire me, Tsukki's personality is more relatable to me. I could be apathetic like Kageyama sometime, but more often than not I forced my self to become apathetic like Tsukki do, and sometime it for a good cause and sometime it's not. I can say that I tried to be a polite person but I'm a salty and bitter person in general lol.

The relationship that develop between them, from enemies to rivals to allies to friends, their mutual understanding of each other, their similarity interwined and their differences clashes out, both in the most hilarious way. A one coin of the opposite side. Even if they didn't ended up canon, their canon relationship is something you can adore and love.

If Fujimaki-sensei want to put two of the KnB boys to be a couple, I think it would be a tie between AkaKuro, MidoTaka and this pairing. And like, all of them are basically the freaking twisted somehow version of Beauty and The Beast, like their freaking plot is just the plot of so so freaking many romances out there. Pretty sure, I watched one K-Drama with their kinda of plot.

That being said so, aside from the fact that Kagami is Aomine's savoir, I just freaking love their dynamics so much. I could imagine them as those best-friends who just happened to be in love with each other, I believe that if they are in a relationship, it would be such a balance-dominance. It would be fun and light but one of the most intimate relationship one could have. Personally, I just love what we could create from their dynamics.

Also one of the reason why I ship them instead of KagaKuro is because somehow I just can't saw the chemistry between Kuroko and Kagami as a couple, their friendship is my favorite thing but I just can't saw it, and then Aomine come to the scene and at the beginning I thought you know, Aomine's is Kuroko's goal but as the story uncover, the emphasize how Kuroko couldn't handle Aomine alone got bigger and focus shift, Aomine's arc wasn't about Kuroko, it was about Kagami and I just... fall in love.

I'm a sucker for ships where they are each of other salvation.

Here's the thing, I acknowledge the fact that this is one of those ships that wouldn't happened, I acknowledge the facts that if Akashi is in love with of of the GOM it would probably be Kuroko, because while Aomine's savior is Kagami, for Akashi it's Kuroko.

But despite that, I found my self fascinated by this couple. I don't know what it is, but since the Haizaki thing, I just love the fact that Akashi is kinda lowkey-ly support Kise and I do feel like aside from Kuroko, Kise can be a challenge for Akashi. I mean, people always imagine Kise as a puppy, but I kinda saw him as a fox? He follow orders, of course he does, but I feel like someone with passion as big as Kise wouldn't just give you what you wanted like that, he's clingy but Kise is no where near dumb or emotional, he's smart and I feel like a lot of Kise words are mostly loud silent; so I feel like if someone can give Akashi a run for his money, it would be Kise. (Other than Kuroko, ofc.)

It's just such a good relationship? They understand each other, they make each other tried their hardest to become the best. I don't even care whether or not they're canon at the end of the day because their relationship with each other in general is just so good and inspiring. Both, as friendship or lovers, it's definitely sets a standard.

KuroTsukki

While I do agree that Yamaguchi can be so good for Tsukki, I don't think he can handle Tsukki the way Kuroo can. Kuroo push and pulled Tsukki and is one of the catalyst for Tsukki's current passion, I just can feel that Kuroo is gonna be good for Tsukki's character development and I do feel like Tsukki can become a challenge for Kuroo.

IwaOi

Their relationship in general just fill me with envy. For Tooru to have someone like Haijme at his side is probably the greatest thing that happen to him. Haijme keep Tooru grounded and cool-headed and Tooru help Haijme relax and not worry too much and I just... I blame my love for this couple at Gusari, their works and their adaptation on these two relationship is just so good that I can't unseen how in love these two are probably with each others.
