I don't remember the last time I ever changed my profile for the public eye, but it's a new year and I think it's only right to start with a fresh page.

I have come a long way since my middle school days, starting off as an amateur writer who wanted to get out there and share my ideas with the fanfiction community, to a high school graduate with a much better grasp of the written English language thanks to many years of said subject classes, as well as creative writing and such on the side. And there's still a part of me that still has that earnest middle schooler buried deep down inside...

But unfortunately, it's struggling to breathe when weighed down by real-world responsibilities, procrastination, and way too much to juggle as far as story ideas go. But this is the hand I've given myself, and I need to try and turn a load of crap into a Royal Straight Flush... realistically speaking that would take a God-given miracle, and maybe a bit of magic. But I'm gonna try and take this year one day at a time, try not to sleep in on my days off of work, and give my work the attention it has been severely lacking for the past... three years? Yeah, that sounds right.
