Just a quick couple of sentences about me:

I'm a guy, born in 1986 in Zhengzhou, China. I moved to the US when I was 5 and have been around ever since: Boston, Cleveland, Indianapolis. Graduated from Purdue just last year in 2010 and am now a pharmacist by trade. I bet some of my favorite hobbies mirror a lot of the people on fanfiction.net: games (where's my Persona 5, Atlus?!), anime (Evangelion!), and literature.

Writing had always been a passion of mine ever since elementary school. I wrote for fun and to express myself, but for one reason or another lost sight of what made it so enjoyable during much of my college years. It became something of a chore for me and I dropped it for several years, my only real work during that time being a collection of poems and short stories I put together for a creative writing class. Only recently have I found that spark again, and I hope to foster it back to life through my participation in the community here. Never again do I want to lose what had been since an enjoyable aspect of my life. If my resolve is strong enough and if I can ever manage to polish my skills to a high enough level I'd like to publish my own novel someday, but that is a loooong ways off.
