Author has written 12 stories for Family Guy, Code Geass, Bleach, American Dad, and Law and Order: SVU. -Self quote-
- Where Else You Can Find Me - *rarely use it YouTube (Alt), Twitter, Tumblr (Personal, All About Francine), DeviantART* Sup, I'm K.Missouri and as you know, I'm a veteran (ish) fan-fiction writer. I won't bore you with details but I can tell you that I have a history of writing stuff, however I've been writing fics since 2010 (at least four years). My range is mostly focused on humor, action/adventure, drama, and such. I was the founder of the now-defunct Multiverse Circle, which folded back in 2013. In case you did not know, I highly appreciate constructive criticism, anything that'll help me do better. But straight up flaming is not my cup of tea. I'm not the perfect writer, so just expect my best. I also provide much needed advice (if neccesary) to other authors, giving them some constructive advice. We all need some help, if you ask or not, we all still need help. Even though there are some things about fan-fics that aren't my cup of tea, I still respect other people's choices on writing - even though I won't write it myself. I have written practically two dozens of stories, some of which were one-shots. Currently, I'm working on updating more faster and efficient than I've ever been. I have a few favorites but if you read my profile prior to this, then you'd know. - Current Stories - You're Twisted! (Crossover of Bleach and Family Guy) - Was the first story for the now-defunct Multiverse Circle, the series paved the way for many other crossovers to be written. To date, it is the third largest story and the oldest of all of my stories. SVU In A Nutshell (Law & Order: SVU) - When this story debuted in early 2012, it has seen great reception since. While it can be confused to be an imitation of others prior to it, this series seems to have a different type of comedy - which makes it unique amongst the SVU fandom. Heroine's Intervention (American Dad!) - Though has not seen many updates since last year, this American Dad! fic takes a different spin on the comedy series, featuring monsters, enemies, and a blonde warrior and her alien partner. Infidelity (Crossover of Law & Order: SVU and Code Geass) - Although this series has seen no reception since its debut, it carries a special charm that is rarely seen nowadays. This series covers friendship, heartbreak and even tragedy. Forbidden Actions (Code Geass; leased) - The only series that I'm afraid of writing, but somehow, it has gained a strange kind of reputation. Though the series focuses on very uncomfortable topics, the series has become the second most viewed and favorited story since its debut in January 2011.- Press Releases - October 3rd, 2014 - Just Checking In... Now since it has been so long since I've done one of these, allow me to explain what is going on here and what I have been doing since the last known update of mine; now of course for anyone who actually keeps tabs on me would know that I haven't actually updated anything over the past several months, this is because I have been writing chapters so I can keep up. Turns out, I haven't written anything in three months. Now this is a serious case for me, because every week feels like a year for me if I can't write. But what I can tell you is that in these past few months, I have been working on a new project since March that I currently have on Archive Of Our Own, haven't updated in two months and I have two chapters on hold. I've noticed this and this is rather serious, because if I procrastinate on this, I'll do the same with my schoolwork. So basically, as I did before this is what I'm planning on: I've been trying to work up the new concept for Heroine's Intervention but I've been stuck on the thinking process of it rather than actually doing it. I can no longer say for sure when this series will return, but hopefuly I will try to give it some original flavor to it. Hopefully, you guys understand and that all I'm saying. Now in case you wanna know, I haven't given up on SVU In A Nutshell. I haven't had the spark to write any more chapters because I'm trying to do like a one-shot thing so it's simpler. I think. But as far as ideas go, I have them, I'm too lazy to write them. Believe me when I say that it has been a pain in the ass, but expect some new chapters as I break out of this writer's block. As for Infidelity, as of right now, I have two chapters on hold. The series isn't over yet, I didn't want to say this but I only plan on writing like five or six more chapters before I end the series. But this story has a lot of loose ends, a lot of unresolved issues I have to settle and take care of before the series ends. Depending on the situation, I might end up adding like one or two more chapters to handle the rest of the stuff that I didn't bother to take care of. But as for an "extended version", I probably won't do anything about that until the series is over. The two chapter I have with me now probably won't be released until I edit them. Now I really don't want to say this, but I just realized last week that Forbidden Actions and My Sister, My Wife? consist of almost 3/4 of my favs, follows, and hits. Now in my four years on this site, I have accumlated approximately 86,000 views since I came here - these two stories account for more than 60% of those views all time. Now believe me when I say that I am not complaining. In fact, it's actually impressive for stories like these. Does My Sister, My Wife? now qualifies as a cult hit? The reason why I brought it up is because right now I'm working on the concept for a future fanfic, I can't say for sure when I'll bring it up and I don't plan on revealing the plot. As for the story above, I'm also working on an extended version of the series. I'm not getting rid of the old one, but rather making up for the days that I skipped since I didn't care to write them. Also, I plan on doing a little touch up on the original; nothing serious, I'm only toning down some of the profanity. That and I'm thinking about writing another version of the story. Just a thought. As for my veteran fics, You're Twisted! and Forbidden Actions, no telling when they'll be back. I have already planned how the next several chapters will play out for the former, but the latter will have to wait, since I only know what to write for the next two chapters but not sure about the series moving forward. But I do not want to pull the plug on either story, no matter how long its been.Basically, I'm doing this because I need to cure myself of this writer's block before it screws me over. Hopefully, I'll be able to update some of your favorite stories, and tie up some loose ends. I really hope I can pull it off in the coming days or weeks. Either way, send me a message regarding any one of these topics and I'll see you soon. January 21st, 2014 - Special Announcement. Okay, it has been a few months since I last posted. Since we're all three weeks into the new year, I expect to do something different this year; because I'm going to school full-time and might not be able to update at rapid paces, what I can assure is that if you have read any of my stories down below, then expect some changes over the course of 2014. Now they may not be huge and likely anyone who reads this won't really care, but as far as I'm concerned, this is what I hope to have accomplished this year so far. Here is a full breakdown on all of my stories and my future plans for this year: Now let's begin my my flagship story, You're Twisted!. Since 2011, the chapters have taken longer to write than usual, and that's fine since it has progressed since it started three years ago. Anyways, so far I am trying to bring the story to Archive Of Our Own, however I'm trying to redux the first seven chapters, which won't be a easy task. I have been planning this for a while, and needless to say, I've sat on it for a while. The second part of It's Haunted! is in progress at the moment, and so far I am working on the next chapters along the way. One of the biggest changes will be the first few chapters, which will undergo a major retool. After I finish chapter twelve, then I will proceed to rework those chapters along the way, and see which chapters I should try to write down the stretch. Let's move on to another long-runner, SVU In A Nutshell. Now personally, there is not much that needs to be done with this story; aside from some tweaking or two. Other than that, this story is riding along just fine. My major priority will be keeping the story regularly updated, something I haven't pulled off since I began the story. I don't plan on updating every week, but I will try to issue out 2-3 chapters each month, or more if I can try. Either way, during the time I've been away from it, I have come up with more material for the story, which should last a good several chapters. I have no intention of ending the fic any time soon, but I will tell you is that I will take some quick breaks from the story to 1) work on other projects, and 2) come up with more material so it can continue. Lastly, this story's fate will not be decided on whether or not SVU will keep going. It may actually continue after the show concludes. Since I got that out of the way, here is my situation on Heroine's Intervention. If you haven't already noticed, I haven't updated since 2011. Now there have been many factors to why I've sat on this story for so long. A lot I don't want to get into, but one issue is the future of this story. The plot is something that has been bothering me since I began, and I'm not sure if I want to continue with this current setup. I believed that it could be much better and it can be the same thing I envisioned, but a little more like American Dad!, so everyone is happy. In my last PR, I announced that I will be rewriting the story. Now like You're Twisted!, this will be more complicated; what I'm basically going to do is full on deconstruct it and build it back up, so I'm going to overhaul the first two chapters and alter the third. I'm also going to plan ahead so I know what I expect to do and which chapter should I write. I have no ETA on when this will happen, but I hope to begin soon. And if I execute this right, then you all will enjoy it. So now let's talk about Infidelity. So far, I'm impressed with how I have been able to keep this story going for as long as it has, and I'm very proud that the story is eclipsing twenty chapters and 100k words. However, what I'm not impressed with is the fact that the story has lacked any reception since its debut. Now this has messed with my head so far, but as far as I'm concerned, crossovers are one of the most hardest to execute. Either way, I am happy with the face that it has not sunk like others have. Also, as I've mentioned before, I will not give away anything about the story. However, I will tell you is that this story may not last long. I hope to wrap up the series at some point, but I will not reveal when that will be until I decide to tell you. Anyways, I've placed this story on hold for the time being for a couple of major reasons, 1) I need a break from this story, and 2) I want to work on my other stories. Although I have planned out how this will pan out, I still need to plan out what will happen and assure that all the loose ends are tied. Now as far as I can say about Forbidden Actions right now it is not my highest priority. As I've mentioned before, I have some trouble trying to write this story and so far I am worried about the future of this story. Currently, I don't have much to work with other than the next couple of chapters, after that, there is nothing else I can think of. That it also why it has been on hiatus for so long, but either way, I trying to work this out in some degree. I've been working on the possibility of moving this story to Archive Of Our Own and or AFF (AdultFanFiction), but AO3 seems like the most likely option for the time being. Why I worried about this story is that I'm not sure if I can continue this story any longer than I should. Aside from the fact that it has seen multiple schedule slips, issues with the plot and the fact that it has survived two purges on this site makes me wonder about its long-term future. As far as short term, the story will stay here and will be on hold until I can either work up a plan, or if I can't, I'll try to transfer this fic to another writer who can finish it. Now my future projects is another thing, right now I am working on another crossover idea of mine. I won't reveal the name, nor will I reveal what it will be about. That is the problem I've had with future stories, so don't expect much. Although I plan on starting the story and probably have it ready by next month, I don't intend on publishing it until I'm back up to speed with my existing fics. I have been also planning some outside projects that could eat up my time, but that shouldn't be a hassle. In one PR, I mentioned that I will be working on a reboot of one of my old, discontinued stories. Like what I said with the planned crossover, I don't intend on starting with that until my existing stories are current. There have been two I've been considering so far, but one that I've been thinking about is one that refuses to stay in the ground - Love Versus Time. It hasn't been the same since I stopped working with the co-author of the series. But either way, I haven't spoken to her in a long time and it is extremely likely that I won't grab a hold of her any time soon. But despite that, I may intend on doing it solo and at the same time, will work to retool the original. If you never known, I am not proud of most of my works so this is lucky that it is considered. No matter what I think of it, it's in need of some great work. The first two weren't all that bad, until the third chapter became a clusterfuck and it eventually sank. So far, no ETA on when this may happen. But I'm still mulling over it for the time being, but regardless, it might continue without its other writer. Basically, that is what you might have to look ahead too in 2014, I will not tell you guys when to expect it or say if it will happen, but my current focus is finishing school and finishing these stories or at the very least, get them going in some type of manner. No matter what the situation is, this is what's going on and hopefully, I can make this a good year. October 2nd, 2013 - Release dates for two stories released; "Heroine's Intervention" is scheduled for rewrite. Two former Multiverse Circle stories, "You're Twisted!" and "Heroine's Intervention" is expected to make their returns before the end of the year. You're Twisted! has been scheduled to be released on October 10th, which is a tentative date. While Heroine's Intervention is also expected to return, on November 29th, whis is also a tentative date. The last chapter for You're Twisted! was released on June 7th earlier this year, while the last chapter for Heroine's Intervention was released on September 6th, approx. a year ago today. Speaking of which, Heroine's Intervention has been scheduled for a "rewrite" of the first few chapters. The reason to this is because the writer believes that the story lacked some certain elements, and like most, requires some cleaning up. There is no word on when this will happen, but most likely it will occur either before or after the series returns. It would be the fifth story that has ever been scheduled for such a thing, following You're Twisted!, The Robot Assassin, Infidelity, and Forbidden Actions - the last one of which was actually rewritted. This will not conflict with the series returning from hiatus. |
