This contest will accept anything to do with air travel or in an airport.

A romantic balloon ride.

Stuck on the longest flight ever.

The longest layover in history in a foreign country.

I want to see you authors get creative.

RULES:

This contest is anonymous and must remain that way!! You may promote the contest and say you entered, but if you reveal which story is yours you will be immediately disqualified.

All entries must have the up in the air theme or airport theme and have a majority of the story take place in location or manner that is relevant to the theme.

Entries can be canon, AH, AU or any genre.

Any POV is welcome.

Slash or Multiple partners welcome.

No rape, incest, bestiality, or pedophilia!!

Minimum 3,000 words Maximum 10,000

Not including your title or submission heading

New* o/s only. You can not post or extend your entry until the contest is over and winners have been announced.

Lemons are not mandatory, but will be gladly accepted and strongly encouraged.

Collabs are welcome.

You must be 18+ years to enter.

Entry must be beta'd as we will be validating all One Shots for grammar and punctuation. If you do not have a beta I recommend or please contact sscana and she will find you a beta. You may not continue your story until after the winners are announced.

That includes a chapter saying vote for me.

We reserve the right to refuse any fic based on the above rules. We’ll answer any questions you may have.

Contest Dates:

Entries will be accepted starting on January 14th. The last day to submit will be February 25th.

Voting will begin on February 26th and end on March 6th.

Winners will be announced on March 11, 2011.
