I'm far too complex to describe in one paragraph... but I'll try. :P

Her name is far from subtle. Eight letters with a Italian Origin. She took her first breath on June 12th. She strides across the Earth with a bounce in her step, an optomistic smile plastered across prominent features. A warm tan complexion compliments her thin, delicate lips. She has silky chocolate tresses that fall just below her shoulders. They're often curled in little whisps at the tips. Dark chocolate at the top slowly transforms into a soft golden on their journey down. She's dubbed a bit strange... but she's wise in her own way. Deep within a roar of depression tugs at her, and the crude insults of others further enrage it. Tears continually cascade from those soft brown irises, like a cave that reaches into the depth of the earth, just begging to be explored. She snarls cruel and vindictive words to the ones she loves without truly meaning to. To protect her weaker half, she wears a sarcastic mask that hides who she truly is. Not even the two that gave birth to her can break the barier she has built. Her mother and father hate eachother, and this sneering hatred rebounds against her. The widened eyes of a child used to whisper to her mother: "Will you and Daddy ever divorce?". Questions like this were asked because the child had a particular knack for reading people, and she always knew something was wrong. Her mother would only smile good-naturedly and cradle her, telling her she was being foolish. Well, two months her 11th Christmas she was proved right. She begged her mother to wait before telling her dad, to let her have one last normal holiday. Her mother promised...and broke that promise the following November. Her life began tumbling down, and she crumbled. Every night falling to her matress with such easy defeat. She tries her best to shelter her brother from the monster that roars inside her, depression. Crimson tears leak from her wrist by her own hand as the jeers of others echo through her ears. "Stupid bitch... Worthless... Useless... A waste..." She had been told that so much she had actually believed it. She had no one... eventually, she pulled herself up again, but the remains of that fallen girl still remain, clawing at her from within every day. She still wears the mask, yet she's still hurt. She never lets anyone in, it's hard to trust someone after being lied to so many times... Are you perhaps the one to delve deep inside them, finding the person locked within?
