Well, suilad mellyn!

So, I'm not sure what one puts on these things. I'm a total nerd, read far too much, watch too many movies, and hate unhappy endings. They affect my mood for days. It's redundant to say, but I love to write. Happy, sad, angry, writing is how I deal with it. My muse is akin to lightning: it never strikes the same place twice. Generally, when I've written something for one book, movie, etc that's it.

My name comes from a quote that never fails to get me writing from Lewis Carrol's "Alice in Wonderland"

"Alice laughed: 'There's no use trying,' she said; 'one can't believe impossible things'
'I daresay you haven't had much practice,' said the Queen. 'When I was younger, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.'"

Given that I will probably forget a lot of the time on individual stories, here's my disclaimer: I own absolutely nothing in the stories I write aside from the creations of characters and situations purely from my own imagination. I always feel guilty when I explain an absence of updates with an update that doesn't have anything but an author's note. So, for anyone wondering,

Follow On: My god, it's complete... What am I supposed to do with my life now?! *cue existential crisis* I am planning a one-shot series in this world, however. Send me thoughts/requests for scenes before/during/after the setting of the story and as they're written I'll make sure to dedicate it to you. :)

Love, Patches: I was uber-excited when I started this one, and then college got me off track along with an almost 300,000 word story (see above). I'll finish this one and give it the time it deserves, I'm just not sure when. Inconsistent updates until further notice.
