Taking shelter from a thunderstorm, Gordon and Alyx find themselves stuck in a conveniently-located cabin. Gordon knows what's supposed to happen...and he can't afford to let it.

Others are trying to save the world. Barney just wants to get these people to White Forest without anyone dying.

Breen is dead, City 17 is in ruins, the Citadel is collapsing, but the Combine is still powerful, and determined to survive. Then a scientist is found in the wreckage, and once again, everything changes.

What if Gordon weren't always covered up in that HEV suit? Can you have a moment involving touch that is intimate, but more emotionally than erotically? Can one experience mean different things to two different participants? An experiment in fluff.
