![]() Author has written 21 stories for Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Merlin, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Fairy Tail. I really hate the layout on . I mean seriously, why can't the page thingy be below our Avatars? -.- More line breaks. And yet another. Let's see this now. About Me: Well, I'm obviously American, Christian and my favorite food is Chocolate. (Chocolate has it's own genre.) Writing is one of my many passions, right up there with music. (I've played the piano for over ten years.) I'm on a few other websites under the same name, Wattpad and the Heart of Camelot, if you want to contact me there (I'm on HoC almost everyday.) Err, this is where I'll start babbling about my writing. *Laughs* I'll put that under a different thing. About my Writing: People generally tend to compliment me on the originality in my ideas and my writing style, of course, I can't imagine why. *Rolls eyes* Two of my greatest weaknesses are probably editing and description. But, ah-hem, I'm working on both. To me, the thing that comes the most natural is dialogue, partially because that is how my ideas are formed (there's voooiiicccesss in your head, DR), but also because that was something I worked harder on when I was younger. Unfortunately, I seemed to have neglected description in those days, so. My most active fandom, at the moment, is Fairy Tail. (The name is a long story.) I enjoy writing about the relationships between the characters, especially Natsu and Lucy and Natsu and Igneel (darn dragon needs to be found soon). There's really so many different characters with so many wonderful personalities that's there's a lot of undiscovered stuff in it... of course, I've only just started writing for it a couple of months ago. *Laughs.* My new 'big' fic is for this fandom. Anyways, my favorite thing to write about is adventure with a touch of angst and romance. I enjoy beating up the poor characters (especially Percy Jackson and Natsu) and putting them through hard times... but then again, what kind of story is ever fun to read, or write, unless there is some sort of trial? Plus, things have to get pretty awful before they start looking up. Of course, I'm not big on physical or mental whump, I like working with emotion. (Let's see, I killed off all of Percy's friends once, I killed off Annabeth, I made him break up with Annabeth, I made him stab Annabeth, I made Annabeth die in his arms, I made Annabeth forget all of her memories... shoot. Never mind. Inner Percy Jackson nerd coming back in.) Inspiration? I pretty much get it from everywhere. I watch people, I watch TV shows, I read, I listen to music, sometimes I even get it from nature. However, the muse only strikes with ideas whenever I'm in the shower or almost asleep... I swear, the moment someone creates a waterproof writing nlote and pencils, I'll buy them. ...compared to my About Me section, this thing is long. Recommended Because there's no way I'm not directing you to my better works first. Wings of Liberty: Fairy Tail has fallen… and may not rise again. I choose this one because I've probably worked the hardest on it, even though only a couple of chapters are posted right now (I'm planning for it to be at least 30). Not only am I focusing on all aspects of the story, but I'm developing underlining plots, character-development, villains (crazy ones) and a whole lot of other goodies that will make me reveal the whole plot. :3 It is, by far, my most interesting story up to date, 'cause really, Fairy Tail falling is one of the least likely things that will happen. Adherence: What if Merlin had a sister? Ah, my favorite type of story. Or, one of them. The What-ifs (or AUs). This was the first time I wrote a story before posting, or at least, half of it (I'll make a sequel to it eventually). It's also my best written one, but that's probably because of my betas (MadameMorganLeFay, IsisAthenaArtemis, nooneushudknow). Plus, it is my first shot at writing from an original character's perspective, and I have to say, I think I did a very good job. (No, she's not a mary-stu, I hate it when that happens. You'll see.) Upcoming Fics A Crown of Golden Leaves: I've already posted the first chapter (and by the time I update this, probably the first ten) but I figured I'm putting this up here seeing as it's still in the beginning stage. Annabeth, a princess of the dying kingdom, Greece, must marry the Heir Apparent of Roma, Perseus. It's a mixture of adventure/friendship/angst/romance though, that's almost what I always deal with. And there may be mystery and suspense mixed in later on. ;) Allusions: I haven't figured out where I'm going to go with the story exactly, nor the exact summary, and it'll be a LONG way down the line (two, three years, maybe?), but it's a Harry Potter fanfic (my first one!) in which Tom Riddle grows up on Privet Drive. Past, Present, Future: This is part II to Adherence... and will probably take forever to complete, seeing as I seem to have a tendency to write all of this out first, then post. :-/ It's pretty much... well, I can't reveal that now, can I? ;) That'll be spoiling the ending for Part I of Adherence and I haven't posted it yet! :P Ultimatum: ...this one's in the editing stage right now. It's a Fairy Tail fanfic (...my new obsession...) and I've worked on it for the past couple of months. It's pretty much about finding Igneel... or at least, the main events up to finding Igneel anyway. :3 I'm also playing around with the idea of a pirate!Percy story, and a story in which Percy has a sister, but I'm not too sure about either of those yet. Maybe, one day... I cdnuolt blveiee taht I cluod aulaclty Psalm 23 The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. Jesus had no servants, yet they called Him Master. He had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher. He had no medicine, yet they called Him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He still lives today. Feel honored to serve such a leader who loves us. If you believe that God is good and Jesus Christ is His son, then copy and paste this into your profile. I will be out of town from late April until late August (2014). I'll have limited internet access, but I will be writing. I will still be updating, of course, but I won't be online as much. |
