Piper and Alex Boarding School AU. Piper starts at Litchfield Academy her sophomore year, where she's assigned the previously vacant half of the dorm room belonging to Alex Vause - resident scholarship kid and purveyor of contraband substances to most of the student population.

Giving Erin and Holtz the "childhood friends turned slow burn teen romance" AU treatment, because it's my favorite trope ever. Emphasis on the teen/high school era, with a side of sleepovers, ghosts, and mixtapes.

Erin/Holtz. Little bit of canon, post-movie angst. Holtzmann returns to the Ghostbusters team after a brief absence, but Erin struggles to forgive her after the way they left things. Oneshot.

Oneshot. Soulmate AU where people only begin to see colors when/if they meet their soulmate. The world turns to color the night Piper Chapman walks into a bar looking for a job and meets Alex Vause, instead. With most people in her life, however, she pretends to still see in black and white. Follows canon through season one.

What if Diane Vause hadn't died the day Piper left, but instead a month or two later? What if that anger and abandonment wasn't wrapped up in the breakup? What if they still hadn't spoken since Paris, and Alex is alone when she gets the news...and her first instinct is to call her mom to talk about it, but her second is to call Piper. Canon divergence, alternate timeline. Two shot.

Oneshots set in the world of "Monster", aka Max 'verse (Piper/Alex kid fic). Often prompts, but not always. All are standalone (though reading the establishing fic is obviously helpful), not in any order. Latest: An oblivious thirteen year old Max discovers the music of Death Maiden.

Vauseman Titanic AU. In which Piper Chapman is a bored but conditioned high society girl, traveling first class with her obscenely wealthy parents and fiancé, Larry Bloom; Alex Vause is a ruffian semi-homeless artist who's never once dressed or acted like a "lady", coming aboard with a steerage ticket won with a lucky hand of poker.

Two-shot. Post-season three. Piper has every reason to assume Alex is dead after the greenhouse aftermath. She ends up wishing they'd never met, because none of this would have happened. Nothing would hurt so much. A series of irreverent guardian angels show her what life would be like if she and Alex never met.

Alex and Piper, season four spec fic. Immediately post-season three finale. Piper's lost in thick, swirling darkness, and she wishes Alex would just give up and leave her there. Multi-chapter, not sure how many yet.

Contains spoilers for season three finale. Me, working through Piper feelings. "No guilt. That's your rule. Stick to it. You are done feeling guilty you refuse to feel guilty you will not SURVIVE feeling guilty."

All the prompts I've gotten for deleted scenes from Young Blood 'verse. Mostly short, drabble length stuff.

Hogwarts AU. Two-shot. Alex Vause is a half-blood Slytherin, raised by her muggle mother with a Death Eater dad she never even met. She's ousted by her own house because of her blood status, and loathed by the rest of the school for a legacy she wasn't even aware of. Piper Chapman is a pureblood, legacy Ravenclaw, as smart and impressive as she's expected to be.

"If something happens to you, it's my fault. You could have been far away from him, but I..." Piper's voice cracks with a soft but audible whimper, and Alex gently puts a finger to her lips. Whispering again, Piper finishes thickly, "I wish I'd just let you leave." Late (or post?) season three.

Sort of "Young Blood", vignette style, from Diane's perspective. But the first half ended up just being Diane and Alex backstory that is just as applicable to canon as to my 'verse. So...if you're not into the YB stuff but just want some early Diane and Alex, first chapter's still completely applicable. For the second chapter, you only have to have read "YB" not all the sequels.

Fulfilling Tumblr prompt for Lifeguard/Beach 's the summer before her senior year of college, and Piper failed to make other plans, so she's stuck with her family in their beach house in some seaside town full of rich vacationers who can afford to take the time off. Nearby, locals Alex and Poussey work their yearly summer gig as lifeguards.

Newest sequel to "Young Blood" and "It's Friday, I'm In Love". Three chapters in total. Starts us out in spring break of Piper's freshmen year of college.

Brief, fluffy piece to ease the transition between lengthy angst fics. This is a complete whim, and probably the only time I'll ever write this trope/genre for these two. I don't even want to say anything else. Canon compliant with the end of season two, just fast forward a few years.

Pipe's post-breakup perspective. Brief, one shot companion piece to "After Effects". Not required reading, but it enhances the experience greatly.

Your mom dies. Piper leaves. That turns out to be the answer to a question you will get asked a lot over the next several years: "What the **** happened to you, Vause?"

Season Two of OITNB told us over and over that prison isn't summer camp. But, like...maybe I want it to be. Just for a little while. Hence...camp counselor AU. Piper POV/Vauseman centric, but everyone's definitely a part of it.

Super random theme park AU. In which Alex, in the summer job from hell, is working a games booth at a theme park (alongside some other familiar faces), bored out of her mind until the day some dull Jewish guy brings his girlfriend by Alex's booth to try to win her a prize...but she's not exactly eyeing the stuffed animals.

Follow-up to "Young Blood". Due to multiple requests for the the specific prompt: Alex's first time visiting Piper in college. Two parts.

"I know you aren't real. I...I'm not crazy." / "Methinks the lady doth protest too much," Alex replies with a smirk. "But I hope you're right, Pipes. I love you, but I'm not moving this show to Psych." REPOST.

The dog strains against the leash, the howl only amplifying, and maybe it's the sleep deprivation, but something about the animal in that moment reminds of her of Will, trapped and helpless and confused. It makes her feel so damn useless. Something inside Alana cracks open, and suddenly there are tears rolling down her cheeks and she's standing on her porch pleading with a dog.

Will's heart catches as he realizes they are at cross purposes, each trying to prove opposing points: Will, that he is a monster; Alana, that he isn't. For a second his chest aches, and he thinks, Not now. Not like this. But then his eyes fall on the cut on her cheek, and he remembers that this is the only way it can be, that he has rendered all other options impossible. Post 1x11

"A gunshot cracks through silence, and their lives slice into Before and After." Graham/Emma, Royal Family, MM/David. Graham survives & Emma's suddenly in more danger than ever. When her life is threatened, family could be brought together or torn apart

On Arizona's first day back to work, she gives Alex several gifts: an apology, forgiveness, and one more gift. Set sometime later in the current season.

"Alex tells her she has no idea what it's like to lose a leg, and Meredith shoots back, 'Yeah, well, she's lucky she's alive. She doesn't know what it's like to lose a sister.' Alex's face darkens inexplicably. 'Actually, she probably has some idea.'" Arizona and Meredith centric fic, kind of turns more Callie/Arizona focused at the end. Oneshot.

Post-curse. Oneshot. "Her Royal Highness Emma Swan keeps a lot of things secret. Including how she her parents' joyous news really makes her feel." Emma and James father/daughter hurt/comfort. Hints of Snowing and Emma/Graham.
