Hi, I'm Veronica. I am a student and I aspire to be a surgeon in the near future.

I am interested in a wide range of things, which include reading, writing, watching too many tv shows, painting...I am also a chocolate junkie, so remember to hide your chocolates when around me ;)

I am not really an outdoorsy person, that is, if you don't consider travelling as an outdoor activity. Travelling is something I really love and enjoy doing. I also learnt karate for a few years when I was a child, and I do shout at the top of my lungs while supporting my favourite football team during the FIFA world cups, but other than that, I don't hold any particular association to sports.

Meredith and Derek are my one true pairing, and they make me believe that true love exists. Grey's Anatomy used to be one of my favourite shows earlier, but I don't watch it anymore. Castle and Pretty Little Liars have been my latest addictions for the last couple of years, and Boston Legal is still my all-time favourite (I just love James Spader!).

I am an avid and indiscriminate reader of books; I still read Dahl's The BFG even though I'm too 'grown up' for that book now. I don't think age matters when it comes to reading; books are books for everyone irrespective of their age. I particularly enjoy mystery novels and fantastic stories, that is why Harry Potter, Sherlock Holmes, and Nancy Drew are some of my favourites. Other favourites include White Fang, The Diary of A Young Girl, The Secret Garden, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, The Railway Children, The Stars Shine Down, Brida, Oliver Twist, David Copperfield, ...The list is just too long!

Good music is something I appreciate and love dearly; music bucks me up when I am feeling low and infuses new vigour in me. Almost any kind of music is preferable to me, as long as I can relate to the song and its lyrics. I enjoy the songs of Adele, Taylor Swift, Avril Lavigne, John Legend, Lana Del Rey and One Direction from the contemporary time.

I have learnt painting for a long time, probably for 7 years but I'm currently taking a break from it due to academic pressure. I miss it dearly though, and hope to continue it once I have a more flexible schedule.

As of late, writing has become a favourite hobby. I started writing when I was in the fourth grade, and found the fascinating world of fanfiction a few years back. I write only for the MerDer fandom but I am an avid reader in the Harry Potter, Twilight, Witches of East End and Castle fandoms (and MerDer obviously).

I write mainly because I love to write but I also love to hear what you think about my writing. I appreciate all the time my readers invest in my stories, and your thoughts mean a lot to me. A writer is nothing without his/her readers, so thank you to all my readers!

Sweet Nothings - A series of one-shots compiled into a single multi-chapter story. MerDer and McFamily.

A Thousand Years - A Dempeo fic, set after Patrick's departure from the show. Co-written with Hel and posted on Wattpad.

I have ideas for three other multi-chapter fics. But, I am still working on them and I want to wrap up my ongoing fics before starting another multi-chapter one, so it may be a few months before the new fics are posted.
