Beater and the Black Cats

This story is getting a rewrite since the writer I grew into these past few years doesn't like what I've written thus far. There were good things for sure, but odd time skips, unexplained motives, and shallow characters caught up to me and made the next chapter extremely difficult to write. Honestly, my goal was to make this the best, most popular Kirito/Sachi story on the site, but number 4 of 65 in both Follows and Favorites isn't bad, right?

Thank you so much to the 327 people who've followed, and the 294 who favorited. It wasn't easy to get that far, nor did I get there quickly. Your support helped motivate me to become a better writer, start another story (Down the Dragon's Nest), and even helped shape who I am today. I hope I could make the rewrite exponentially better than this version, and turn it into the juggernaut I intended to create.

Rewrite of Beater and the Black Cats that I work on in my free time. Chapter 1 of BBC could have been a long story in itself, so chances are that's what a bulk of this will be. If you've already read Beater, then you may already know the main storyline.

I'm a university student in Texas, USA who happens to have a hobby of writing. Friends and family got me into anime several years back, but I still enjoy a list of regular TV shows. Video games also have a special place with me, but that likely goes without saying for most users here :P
