I'm sure you're only looking for a story, but I'll say hi anyways.

There's really only one thing that I want to say. It concerns posting and reviews.

I've seen on some other profiles that where people will say that they're posting only for themselves. That they don't care about reviews, or don't care if readers are begging for updates. I take issue with that.
I write for myself. This is the truest truth I can ever tell you. Only about a quarter of what I ever write will even be considered for publication. And even then, most of what I have written I've done so because the thought was interesting to me and I wanted to be able to read it.
I do not, however, post for myself. I would have to argue that no one ever does, but I think I'll just stick to my own work for the moment. I post for people to read. I post for people to review. I post so that hopefully at least one person will find themselves as interested in the idea of a story as I was, and will critique it. I post so that I can learn and better my writing.

Since I mean it when I say that I post for readers, I will never post a story that hasn't already been finished. For that reason, there will probably be good stretches of time when my profile and work is inactive. That doesn't mean I'm not writing. And I am always hoping for a challenge.
