Peeta doesn't know what he is left with. He has been manipulated, lied to, and his heart has been extinguished of the fire it once held for Katniss. His understanding for her hesitant nature doesn't soothe the wound but when asked if he'd give her a second chance, only one answer comes to his mind clearly and that is truly what matters.
