I’m a not-really-writer from Germany who likes to speak and write English and who is a perfectionist concerning orthography and punctuation in both languages. As of June 2019, I’m 20 years old.

My strength in writing is narration, pacing, dialogue, general writing style. My weaknesses are plot and character and world building. (I wonder why I love editing/beta-reading so much…?)

Current obsession: The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance.

Fandoms I once was involved in: Doctor Who, Star Wars/Star Wars Rebels, Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings. As far as the latter is concerned, I like the story in the books more than the films; but I love the films nonetheless.

A selection of other works I know, but have never really been involved in the fandoms of: Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency (2016), Marvel Cinematic Universe, The Martian, Chronicles of Narnia, Moana/Vaiana.

I’m writing multiple pieces of fanfiction. They are just on my computer right now; I might publish them some day, when I deem them good enough (and finished enough. I’m never going to publish a largely unfinished story again). They are, ordered by creätion date:

• 2015-06: No title (Star Wars) (abandoned) – A Jedi Master and Padawan on a prison break mission. Clone Wars era. OCs only. Started by my sister. In German.

• 2015-06: The Abandoned Factory (Star Wars) (incomplete) – The Force is real, but being able to wield it is a rare ability. A small secret community of Force users investigates a series of crimes that they suspect have been committed with the Force. OCs only. Used to be published here.

• 2016-01: No title (Star Wars Rebels x Lord of the Rings) (abandoned) – The Ghost crashes near Rivendell and the crew joins the Fellowship. Idea belongs to the user Sealiman Dawntracker, but I thought I could do better than them at writing it. (Yes, the idea is not very original, either.)

• 2016-01: Nathlad (Lord of the Rings) (in progress) – An ordinary young Elf ends up in the ‘real’ world. My Sindarin is barely enough to communicate with him. ‘Reverse’ self-insert.

• 2016-05: Harry, yer a lizard (Harry Potter x Doctor Who) (complete): Harry is a lizard. Slightly crack one-shot.

• 2016-06: No title (Doctor Who) (in progress) – What looks like an old discarded TARDIS prop is actually bigger on the inside. But there’s no such thing as the Doctor, only a very human man who happens to like bow ties. OCs only (for now). Prompted by a picture I saw on Tumblr. Basically just lots of headcanons about the TARDIS packed into a story.

• 2016-06: No title (Doctor Who) (incomplete) – What happened to the Doctor and Clara between The Time of the Doctor and Deep Breath.

• 2016-07: No title (Doctor Who) (complete) – A Weeping Angel sends me to 19th century England. Based on a prompt from Tumblr writing-prompt-s. ‘Spin-off’ to the TARDIS story.

• 2016-09: No title (Doctor Who) (incomplete) – I’m having fun with the sonic screwdriver. ‘Spin-off’ to the TARDIS story.

• 2016-12: No title (Harry Potter) (incomplete) – The Statute of Secrecy is officially repealed. Based on a prompt from Tumblr writing-prompt-s.

• 2017-01: No title (Doctor Who) (in progress) – What happened to the Ninth Doctor between The Day of the Doctor and Rose, and Rose from the Doctor’s point of view. Inspired by a prompt from Tumblr writing-prompt-s.

• 2017-03: No title (Doctor Who) (in progress) – Someone is trying to kill my friend who is actually an aliën in disguise. Only he’s not an aliën. Though he’s not a human, either. OCs only (the Doctor might make an appearance later on).

I’ve also, in 2018-09, started on a fan translation of The Martian into German because I was disappointed by the ‘official’ one.

My favourite book is Nation by Terry Pratchett. It’s a real shame that the fandom is basically nonexistent.
