Hello, hello! Pleased to meet you. I have absolutely nothing going on in the creativity department right now, which probably has something to do with no longer being quite as entertained by electronic media as I used to be... but I appreciate being entertained by those of you who continue to write. Keep up the good work, and I hope we all have a great year!

Let's get the vital stats out of the way. I am a female, and this is one of my many hobbies. Age wise, I just keep getting older. What's up with that!? Better than the alternative, I suppose.

If nothing else, I usually update my profile seasonally to let people know that I'm still alive.

Even when my muse seems quiescent, it could change at anytime. I usually do a lot of reading, regardless.

I read all sorts of things in a variety of categories; it just depends on what I'm into at the time and what I'm in the mood to read. I applaud plausible creativity (if you're going to do something bizarre with the characters, you've got to make me believe it) and stories that have a sense of humor. I tend to avoid self inserts, song fics, poetry and horribly long profile pages. (I do read the short ones though) I love a good cross-over; or I should say that I find the concept interesting and worthy of exploration.

What else you should know:

I appreciate all questions and comments directed my way, but life has a tendency to interfere with my instant response to them. Be patient and I'll get back to you.

I've had to face the facts. Due to time restraints and a lack of consistent creativity, I'm never going to be a prolific poster. But I do intend to keep contributing as the urge arises. I try to review when I find I have something to say. Likewise, I'm open to questions, comments and constructive criticism to any of my stories, no matter how old they are. Interaction and feedback are part of what makes this fun!
