My name is Jaune Arc, for five years i was stuck in hell, and island called Lian Yu. I had only one goal, survive, but when i returned to my city, I found it crime ridden and filthy. I donned the green hood to become something else, i became, something else, i became the Arrow.

When presumed-dead, Weiss Schnee returns home after five years stranded on a remote island. As she reconnects with those closest to her, Weiss hides the ways the island changed her and pretends to be the woman they've always known. However, at night Weiss uses her secret persona, that of a vigilante, to right societal wrongs and transform the Kingdom of Atlas to its former glory.

Oliver queen, protector of starling city, suddenly finds a meteorite crashing next to him, only to find it is a lost little girl with red and black hair. Takes place between season 2 and 3 of arrow, and the second year of beacon rated t may change later on.
