I simply adore AUs like these. Also, prince!Tsuna fics are extremely rare. There are currently two, I think. Please do continue!

A few speculations and questions: Throwing knife? Sword? By the sound of the weapons that scarred Tsuna, it seems like the Varia were the ones to overthrow the royal family. Am I getting warmer? :? Also, when Gokudera imposed his will on Tsuna, did Tsuna get influenced by part of Gokudera's personality? Or was him calling them 'bastards' just part of his changed personality? What are the pairings? Personally, I'd like Gen or familial All27. It's up to you what it'll be, though. Heck, it could be canon pairings, and that'd be fine. Also, I'm hoping that there'll be flashbacks so that we'd see how Tsuna met his wonderful Guardians. Sorry for the awkward format, I'm typing on my phone. :)
