I was wondering if Orochimaru had something to do with it, but I never expected it to have actually been Orochimaru. Good twist. Now what about Sasuke? Orochimaru still wants to torment him and use his as his vessel doesn't he? He needs to get him back, but I don't think Itachi will sit on his hands and allow Sasuke to be taken.

Is Itachi still evil in this fic? I'd love it if he was still evil. Just because he's got a soft spot for Sasuke (either because he actually cares, or because he has other plans for him), doesn't mean he can't also be bad. I mean, he didn't have much sympathy for Naruto or the things that have been done to him. And I think he might have been serious about wanting to take Naruto back to the Akatsuki.

Well I wonder what his next move will be. Sasuke is pretty much crazy in this fic. Will Naruto try to get revenge, or is he going to do something to prevent Sasuke from trying something like this ever again.

After everything Sasuke has done, I don't know how you can get romance out of this fic. There's all their unresolved issues from canon, and now on top of that you've added rape, abuse, and forced slavery. Just because Naruto doesn't want him dead, it doesn't mean he can love him anymore. Plus, as I said, Sasuke is crazy, and it's not possible to have a relationship with someone this delusional. He's too messed up in the head.

The story has dug a really big hole for Sasuke to crawl out of. Personally, I don't think it's possible for him to crawl out of it, but we'll see what you have planned.

When in canon is this happening? I hope it's before the Fourth Shinobi War. Let's see this broken/belittled/traumatised/betrayed Naruto giving his all to save the world. Let's see Konoha regret what they did, since the promised savior of the world is not going to be in any condition or shape OR WANT to save the world. The way this is going, he would probably find relief in letting Akatsuki capture him so he could get away from Sasuke.

Things hopefully will look up for Naruto soon. Don't know why Sasuke thinks degrading Naruto will make him love him. Is he hoping for Stockholm Syndrome to take hold or something? I kind of read this because it's like a train wreck I can't look away from. Part of me don't want to read because of what Naruto is going through. Know what I mean?
