Uh...Neptune should still retain her CPU status because she regained it in Ultradimension, and since Plutia didn't lose her HDD when she jumped to Hyperdimension, at least Neptune shouldn't lose her power. Granted, Faith being lacking would stop her from ultilizing HDD.

Well, that's disappointing. Would have loved to see Neptune and Noire transformations in Remnant. Also, there shouldn't have been a question as to who would run the nations; the candidates are there for a reason, and Histoire basically runs Planeptune herself! *pouty face*

So what happens when we put Neptune and Qrow on the same mission? Would Neptune have protection from Qrow's bad luck? Would Qrow cancel out Neptune? Vortex of luck centered around Neptune? Hilarious hijinks?

Noire is usually high and proper. perhaps something such as throwing weapons or bow and arrow will suit her.

As for Neptune and Noire... Hmmm.

To be quite honest, although not her usual style. I literally CANNOT get the idea out of my head with Neptune using Wilt and Blush, or an equivalent. I always wished to have Neptune pull off Iai techniques, and I think it would fit her well.
Well, either that or screaming out that she was the sword that cleaved evil and then rush them with her giant CPU for blade while screaming 'Chestou!'... that is not going to really be possible here for obvious reasons... Although I do believe Neptune Zonvolt sounds like a badass name.

As for Noire... I haven't really thought anything for her. Her current choice of 'standard' (There is no fu**ing way that can be considered a 'standard' anything.) weapon is actually amazing. It is like someone watched Halo and decided to combine the energy sword, energy shield (Not sure if it is the Jackal or Forerunner shield, either works to be honest), and plasma pistol, all in one. With a boxing glove... Not sure where that last one came from, but watching Noire punch people sounds fun. Even better when it literally burns the flesh of the bones as she does so. So just keep that, or customize it to suit her better, and give her a second one.

Neptune Idea 1: Neptune is lazy. She whips out her old and almost unused pistol to use together with her katana.

Neptune Idea 2: She learns to be Adult Neptune but uses 2 swords that can switch to pistols much like the Florian Sisters (See Nanoha)

Noire Idea 1: God Eater-chan came from the Lastation Defense Force. Just give Noire a Longblade/Some gun (mostly Rifle like Uni) minus devouring ability. Since Uni's attacks changes (laser/explosive/pellets) just like God Eater bullets. Somewhat fitting.
