Fantastic Character development and story-line!

Whoo! Yes!

I loved the idea that pitch was there with jack. Do you think you can do a chapter where the guardians see jack's death and they see how comforting pitch was to jack? I think it would be a really great story or oneshot.

I was wondering if you got any inspiration from other ROTG fanfics, cause these seem to be eerily similar to other one-shots...

I hope we see more of this arc (is it an arc?). You made Jack's response to having friends after centuries alone very believable and heart wrenching. However, I feel like this chapter was a bit redundant; the point that Jack is traumatised by his time alone and is distant with the Guardians in a misguided attempt to protect himself as a result was made several times without much actually happening. Not a bad chapter at all, but I'd like to see a continuation of this in which the same points are reinforced through Jack and the Guardians' actions.

Yet another fantastic wonderful chapter! I love it. You know how much I enjoy seeing Jack hurt, whether it be physically or in this case emotionally. Perfect!

I love the emotion and detail wrapped up in this. It felt just as strong reading this as it does watching the movie. This is my favorite scene too and I thought you told it really well. Great work.

This is so happy and joyful! I love seeing Jack truly happy for a change! There is so much emotion in this scene I love it! I can really feel the emotions: the the disappointment, the hope, the happiness, and the pure joy. Thank you for putting this out! I'll be happy now to wait!
