The ending of this story came out of nowhere! I hated that Angel and Buffy never really talked to each other and on top of that you made up scenes between them that never happened. This story was disappointing b/c their was no resolution to the conflicts you built within the narrative and I don't get the Angelus ending b/c he wasn't in the rest of the story. Character thoughts are scattered and run in tangents and as a result made the story very hard to follow unless your point was to confuse the reader.

Ok, I didn't know this fic had multiple chapters I thought the first chapter was it...thank god its not b/c I need to know what happens.

This isn't a B/A story this is a Buffy-centric story. I wish you had written Angel's reaction.

I'm one funny vampire huh? Laugh damn it!...I said laugh! Okay fine, what's the name of your dog so I can remember to write that on the wall under his corpse? That's it, keep laughing. I keep getting funnier damn it! (I love this line, hah hah. It felt so intune with Angelus)

As for the previous chapters and this one particular, definitely NOT what I expected but hey, I love it! I don't care what state they're in as long as they're together as I believe they could have and would have been together given half the chance and people butting out of their lives. It's just so hard with the whole redemption bit and an evil writer who refuses to see either happy. I look forward to the sequel, which I HOPE you always have written. I'll be looking in a second... :D

Boy you left me a little flustered with the luster suggestions of what they could have been doing in the between settings! hah hah, I loved that little Halloween bit too, that was especially *hot*. I can imagine Buffy attempting to get him to be her suitor. ROFL. That would have been comical, all that blushing and solemn goody-goody talk..

Poor Angel always feeling such guilt and yet yearning to dispel the loneliness that consumes him so, something he thinks he deserves yet doesn't want, which is understandable. Always conflicted and confused, unless his fighting. I found this just as heart breaking as the one before because we all know how *happy* Angel was about the *spike*sex-a-thon, probably as joyous as the rest of us b/a shippers! I don't care how much character growth they apparently received from their different counter-parts. Sex doesn't make you mature. Life does. As sad this is...it does warm my heart to know he'd take a step into the light...without protection, for her... (sorry...I keep rambling, feeling talky tonight...lol)

Ow.. that hit so many points that bothered me. I could understand Buffy being upset because of Darla but the idea of Cordelia/Angel would be a huge hurt as far as I'm concerned as much as Faith would be, if Joss had considered that. *shudder* I mean neither was ever supportive of their relationship, always trying to butt in like everyone else in their lives, they just wanted what she had and in the end, even if she did *change*, who gives a damn? Angel's heart will always belong to Buffy and vis versa, no matter the crap Joss is going to be throw at us later-*blink*. SORRY-I ranted, lol. I loved your story, it brought a tear to my eye, argh! I'm so sentimental when it comes to these two and felt so sorry for Buffy in the end when her friends turned their back on her.. *snort* The slayers always alone...how true.

I know it has been a while, but are you going to write a sequel? I would love to read it.

You're stiry was SO cool, it was amazing how you had me guessing through most of it...Angel and Buffy should stay together, they are like the perfect couple...*sigh*

Angsty and dark then sexy and funny... you sure know how to change the mood from one chapter to another, and do it with style :))

Excellent job keeping our heroes in character, and their inner thoughts sound true and are respectful of their personal stories...
