Love this story. Read this a second time and still keep me up late several days in a row.

Old story, but that doesn't mean its not good or doesnt deserve a review. Well done, i quite enjoyed the description of flying and Shampoo as a tad more sensible is always so sexy. Like it so far.

Because this hasn't been updated in years I won't waist time begging you to continue this and simply assume that this story is dead. However I will say that this has made my top ten of all time faveorite Ranma fics.

The best ranma fic I have ever read. I hope you will consider continuing it.

Nice, a shampoo and ranma pairing. Hope something actually happens between them. I still havent read a legit one yet.

Spectacular storyline. Good use of some very advanced vocabulary; there were a couple times it almost made me cry I was so happy. Normally don't like going for the Ranma/Shampoo pairing, but in this case it was a rather changed Shampoo that brought some much-needed changes to the normal cast of characters. And I like the way everyone's been portrayed so far. I personally find it incredibly difficult to write Nabiki but I think you've done a fantastic job of it.

Well, saying this is anything short of being my favourite ranma fic would be nothing short of a lie.

I understand how you may have lost interest in continuing this fic after so long, but that doesn't mean it's not a damn pity that you have. Should the mood ever seize you, please give in to it and write! (Or at least post what fragments/outlines you had for the rest of the story!)

It's been a while since I read this, but it's been fun to read through again. I really wish you'd update this story, but then again I really wish Beer-monster would update his Honor and Pride story, and David Dee would update Defending, but hasn't happened with either of those, prolly ain't gonna happen with this one. Still, I'll continue to hope, and in the meantime, I think I'll read through your archives. It's been even longer since I've read some of those.

I don't know your plans for this story, but I want you to know it is a phenomenal piece of work. Beautiful character development and unique situations. You built real relationships between the characters and added depth. The complex plot and interaction between the characters is hard to find in professional writing, let along fan fiction. I don't know if you even plan on updating again, but know your work is still being admired. Keep up the great writing.

Man, so much depth to these characters. It makes you really feel connected to them. I also like how there is no character bashing. They're more than just black and white that are portrayed in many fics. I am in love.

Ah, a Ranma get's a different curse. And possibly a Shampoo match up. I like the writing style and it was quite a soothing read besides the part before Ranma made his decision. Love it, time to read more.

I know it's been a really long time since you updated this, but I'd really love it if you were to do so soon. You done an amazing job at taking the characters from what is a comedy and making them three dimensional and somewhat tragic. Your reading of them is easily substantiated from canon, and you don't mindlessly bash characters. I like this very much.

I find it more than a little ironic that addicted2text accuses Durandal of being a coward for posting his views using his real name on a public forum. Further, he posted his (intensely) negative review on that forum long before it was removed here. Anyone who reads that review can see that Durandal is a fan of canon Shampoo and that is why he loathes this fic when he wanted to like it.

While I do share your wish that Aon would return to fanfiction, that’s not Durandal’s fault, nor the fault of anyone else who doesn’t like this fic. People have said far worse about some of George Lucas’ work, yet that didn’t stop him from making more movies. Aon chose to stop. It was his choice.

Let me say that Aon is one of the nicest guys in the world of fanfic. I don't know anyone who is as encouraging as he is, and I really appreciated (and still do) his support when Jessikai attempted to multinick troll me.

That's one reason I wanted to like this fic, and a strong one.

The fic also plays into my preferences - I like Shampoo better than Akane, Cologne better than Nabiki, Ranma better than Mousse.

That's the other reason I really wanted to like this fic.

Yet by the end of the first chapter, I, and every other person who I know commented on the fic before the chapter was publicly released - was rooting for Mousse over Ranma in the rematch - and told this to the author.

Before long, I was rooting for Nabiki over Cologne - calling her the most heroic version of Nabiki I had ever seen. Nabiki is the designated villain of the piece.

What finally made me stop reading was when I realized I was actively rooting for Akane to beat Shampoo, physically and romantically, in this fic.

Yeah.

This is where I want to say something nice and encouraging, since Aon is such an encouraging guy.

Instead, I have to say I agree with Durandal on virtually every point. That’s almost as depressing to me as it was to Durandal; at least I’m still writing occasionally.
