Things I love: Watson being a little glad that he won't have two bad shoulders after this, Holmes' saying "Dear God, Watson", (oh, the emotion in those words), their hands being slick with blood - and uncertainty, and Holmes' heart shattering. This was great.

Oh, and "there is a limit to how much I can prevent myself from seeing." That's a great line.

But like I told someone else, there will be a lot of people mad at you if you kill Watson!
