I don't really get why Jacob doesn't go back to La Push to sleep. He doesn't need to sleep outside and based on canon...Esme would never approve of making someone sleep outside on the ground in the rain. The section with Edward's explanation of why he is acting like a jerk seems fabricated/forced based on how badly he has been acting. Its also hypocritical seeing as he use to sneak into Bella's bedroom ever night and lay with her. Edward and Bella use to sneak behind Charlie's back all the time.

Jacob hiding in the corner like a coward is very out of character plus their comments/anger towards him are unreasonable seeing as it was Renesmee that initiated the contact between her and Jacob.

I dug this out of the depths of FF, and I'm glad I found it! This is really good!
