Boy, John couldn't even find a vacation without a hunt when he was actually trying not to find a hunt. I liked how John and Dean showed Sammy how to make s'mores.

Needless to say, another wonderful story tucked under your belt. At least we finally found out what was wrong with our little Sammy. It still blows me away that the other doctor was so neglectful to miss what was a life threatening injury to Sam. Whew, at least he proved the doctors wrong and he did wake up, but then he is a Winchester so what else would we expect!

Great final chapter, John trapping and setting fire to the Wendigo and Sam cutting Dean down and both injured boys making their way out of the cave into John's arms.

Great too that this doctor figured out what was wrong with Sam and thank goodness the youngest Winchester eventually regained consciousness. Not surprising that he immediately asked about Dean and loved how Dean woke up for his drugged sleep to reassure his brother.

A really enjoyable read, thanks.

I'm glad that the doctors figured out what was wrong with Sam. I wondered for a moment as the end of the story approached and Sam woke up, if we would get to hear from Dean as he was asleep. So an excellent ending as John sat with Sam and than Dean reassured his little brother.
