Author has written 72 stories for Thunderbirds, Criminal Minds, Numb3rs, Charmed, SeaQuest, Psych, Supernatural, Harry Potter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Muppet Show, and Castle. June 2015 - Finished The Enemy of My Enemy and the Tracy Family is done for now. I am also going on a sabbatical for the time being, following the death of my mother in February. When writing became more of a task than a joy, it was time to step aside. I am considering writing a book, you know, like when we can be paid for...Luckily I am used to doing research as it, if it were fan fiction, will fall under drama/family/hurt-comfort and crime. My prayers and thanks to all of you. As the song goes, "Don't forget to remember me". January 2014 - I'm back! Buried Emotions has begun. November 2013 - Stories still heading to live journal. Couple of one-shots will be posted, otherwise, see you next year. October 2013 - Almost done White Out. Posted one story, which was deleted, which will be posted on my Live Journal account. (alicat67) and HP/Duck Dynasty story is there as well. Planning on transferring all of my stories to there. Aug 2013 - computer issues. Can only access from work, so very limited when I can - thank you nice boss lady, I can do personal stuff (within limits) at work. July 2013 - Trying to keep up with White out May 2013 - Latest story finished, taking some time off...See you in the summer. April 2013 - Does anyone know how we can block anon? I am getting sick of the bullies. January 2013 - After a couple of one shots, written to help my moods (I was kinda moody), I am back. Just started The Dying of the Light, my latest Thunderbirds story. The title is from the Dylan Thomas poem and not my own recent loss. 11/24/12 - I am on an extended break, starting today. I don't know when I will be back. My father just died and I have no energy or desire to write. November 2012- If you haven't figured it out, this is a new series I am working on. The New Tracy Family Series is - 1. Left by The Wayside (complete) - no ships in this chapter 2. Alan and John Walk into a Bank (complete) - John/OC ship 3. Light and Shadows (Complete) Virgil/ OC ship 4. Six Degrees of Seperation isn't Far Enough (complete) - Scott/OC ship 5. No Place Like Home (Complete) - flashback story, wee Tracy 5B - Hold Onto Me (complete) back story for No Place Like Home, wee Tracy 6. Eye of the Storm (Complete) Alan no ships 7. The Dying of the Light (complete) Alan 8. White Out (complete) 9. Buried Emotions (started) Alan/Tin-Tin, Gordon/OC ship 10. Just Like Romeo and Juliet (tentative title of a loose outline), Gordon/OC ship Changes so far from my first Tracy Family Series is that Emily is introduced first. She and John are married with a baby on the way before Kate even enters their lives. Sarah is also introduced earlier, with her reuniting with Virgil before Kate comes along. So while many OCs are the same, new ones come along. I have been told Emily and Sarah seem stronger this time. It's for a good reason. Kate is such a strong, dynamic character, who is extremely protective of her family. Without her there, Emily and Sarah had to be stronger on their own. Think how the brothers could have been without Scott (perish the thought!). There is also a three part story which starts at the end of No Place Like Home and fleshes out a backstory in that story, called Hold Onto Me. December 25, 2010 - Finished latest Tracy agnst, wrote a one-shot for Christmas - on Christmas no less - and now I am taking some time off. But I will return with the new year. Consider yourself warned. April 2010 - OK, I promised a while back I would eventually change my icon. The handsome guy in the pic is my hubby. And - sigh - yeah. That's me. The kid no longer wanted to be my icon. Sigh. January 2010 - As I begin my fourth year at fan fiction, I once more return to Tracy agnst - after a bit of a sulk. December 2009 - I finished CIAM and it is not only my longest story at 42 chapters, it is my most reviewed. I also gave two stories (one-shots) as Christmas stories. Little Miss Bump got a Christmas tale set in NYC with the Tracys. It is a semi-sequel to CIAM if you squint. Sammygirl inspired so she received a song fic using Little Wonders and the Tracys, especially Alan. Taking Christmas off, but hope to be back in January with a short multi chapter that will be my first Supernatural story that is NOT a one-shot but is not a cross-over. See you next year. June 2009 - In chapter 20 of CIAM there will be a song - Yes, it is a real song. My copy came from Dr. Demento's Greatest Hits, but this really was one of my lullabies. Yes, my Mom is weird. It's genetic. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhtT6V9oISY&feature=PlayList&p=14D0D22052B32386&index=0&playnext=1 This is the link. Copy and paste, if you need to get to the youtube video. Nothing fancy but very funny. May 2009 - Well, CIAM has been going well. And I am giving reign to some of my one-shots. I have to say - I am liking the cross-over categories, how about you? But I don't write them that way, but after they finish I may. February 14, 2009 - I finished Payment in Kind and am working on it's sequel, "Calling in a Marker". But a plot bunny that started with Megz McGizzle was biting my ankles (VERY painful) and all day on the 13th I had the story running through my head. So I stayed up until almost two in the morning (thank goodness I could sleep in on Saturday!) and I wrote the entire story. So I have a new one-shot, The Worst That Can Happen. Please read the whole thing before bringing out the torches and pitchforks. For now I am leaving it in the origional Thunderbirds category (not the movie category) because I wrote it for Little Miss Bump and that is where she posts. January 2009 - Huh. Well, as most of you know, I have started the Supernatural/Thunderbirds crossover. In fact, it is nearing completion. Sam1 and I did write a Crimsam story - just not the one we had planned to. And I noticed something the other day - there is now a Thunderbirds MOVIE category. As I write in movieverse, I have moved all of my Tracy Family stories to that category. I am encouraging any writer who uses movieverse to do the same. 1 November 2008 - Wow. I finished the SQ/TB trilogy. Thanks for the patience. Sam1 is being resistant to finishing the CRIMSAM story, mainly because - I keep teasing her - that John and my OC Emily get busy in that story. She really has to stop calling Emily Sharkbait. But we are working on another story using my OCs from the Tracy Family Chronicles. I am working on a 5 part songfic with the Tracy "daughters", that should be up in a few weeks. And I do plan on starting the new year with another Thunderbirds crossover. This one will be with Supernatural and will be put under that category. I am working an additional part-time job at the mall as a seasonal employee so thanks for your patience, once more. Oh, and the icon is my husband and daughter, the lights of my life as well as my eternal source of frustration. Part of me thinks I will only leave them there until my hubby finally sees it and starts to give me heck over it. I love to drive him crazy. Writing and driving my husband nuts - my two fave hobbies. 15 June 2008 - Well, I posted a oneshot for Numb3rs, Sam1 and I have started the latest CRIMSAM story - it will probably be rated M, so be careful; I have also begun the third story in my crossover trilogy. Remember - it will be under Thunderbirds. But I am not sure how much I will post or how fast. A member of my family was diagnosed last week with cancer. So I may be understandably distracted. Asking for patience in advance. 15 February 2008 - OK, our Little Tracys story is up and I have started my latest crossover Regaining Control. Wish me luck! And thanks for your patience! 5 February 2008: I know I said I would have my next story up by the beginning of February. But due to that scary reality known as life, it will be delayed. The good news is I should have more of it written and will try and start with a twice a week update. The bad news is, it will be delayed. It will be a sequel to Every Father's Son but with fewer good guys. Trust me, it makes sense. Also, Sam1 and I are working on a Little Tracys (hey, if Supernatural FF writers can have WeeChesters, TB writers should get our own kids version) story. Oddly enough - or maybe appropriately enough, based on our sense of humor - it was based on a joke a co-worker sent me and I passed on to her. It will be under a joint account of CRIMSAM (no we didn't mispell crimson) which is Criminally Charmed and Sam1 combined. Sam1 is very clever that way, she came up with it. I have always loved to write, and started up again writing fiction as a stress reliever. Boy, has it worked! While new to fan fiction, I have quickly become addicted. I try to review often and hope you will do the same. This site makes life in New Hampshire better, trust me. Love my home state, but exciting is not how I would EVER describe it. Is anyone else annoyed when someone feels they have to write "lousy summary" or some variation? I rarely, if ever read those. If you are putting down your story, why should we read it? If you like your story, that is why you posted it in the first place - DUH. Take pride in your work... OK, apparently I need to post this as well: I do not write deathfics. So if a character who shouldn't't be dead is in peril, don't worry. They will not die at my keystrokes. Suffer physical or emotional anguish, sure. But they won't die. Please note - the occasional villain might die. But no good guys. My favorite shows are CSI: Miami, Numb3rs, Charmed, Criminal Minds. seaQuest and Jericho. My favorite movies are Thunderbirds and The Village (how's that for different?). I warn you in advance that I am a hopeless romantic who wants nothing more than a happy ending for everyone. I have written a series of stories that gives happily ever afters for all of the Tracy boys from the Thunderbirds. Guess I feel if someone sacrifices so much for so many, then they deserve some happiness. With the exception of Tin-Tin, I had each boy "hook-up" with an original character of my own creation, women who are good matches for both the Tracy son in question as well as someone who would hold her own among International Rescue. While I will mainly write in movie verse, some TV verse is borrowed to flesh out the Tracy family. I apologize that my first story for Thunderbirds was so long, if you read it you know I wrote it with 17 chapters: just had trouble posting, but the ideas kept flowing. I have ideas for my fave shows, but tossed my Numb3rs story after the season finale (OK, who thinks Colby is really not as guilty as he seems? - hand raises to ceiling) Updated note: Yeah, I was right, he is good guy! Now to find that story again. Then again, Megan was in it, so... I still have ideas for Ryan Wolfe, Charlie Eppes, Chris Perry/Halliwell, Spencer Reid and -sigh- Jake Green. And I am now, that I am finished (for the time being) with my Thunderbirds series, I am considering some crossovers. Huh. How about seaQuest and Thunderbirds? (Started this, it is under seaQuest) Or (and this is different) - a time travel with Chris Halliwell and one of my cops? maybe Ryan or Spencer? (though Charlie might make more sense...) Write on! - CC Quotes I need to work into future stories: "Come to the dark side, we have cookies!" - now used... Standing Outside the Fire "Artificial Intelligence beats real stupidity." - now used...Christmas Bells "This isn't an office, it's hell with florescent lighting." - loaned out quote to fiona12690. can I charge rental fees like Netflix? "I'm not your type; I'm not inflatable." - now used... Keeper of the Stars "You are depriving some village of an idiot." - now used, Reclaiming Control "Aw, did I just step on your poor itty-bitty little ego?" - now used - Coming of Age "I started out with nothing and still have most of it left." "Chaos, panic and disorder... Well, my work here is done." - now used - Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea "Some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them." now used - Eye of the storm "I used to have a handle on life, but it broke." "Don't take life too seriously - No one gets out alive." Tracy Family Series (in Order of events) 1. The Greatest Gift (same year as the movie events) one-shot, should have been multi chapter 2.
