Surely not.
Itachi is way out of Snape's league in looks. The only common factor is some of their colouring.
I refuse to acknowledge any further resemblance, not that there is any.

I just love this and it would be hilarious if the howlers sent to him. Maybe he even has photos of his friends and is like 'this is so and so' while people connect the people he knows to the nicknames. Or maybe some even visit for some reason. Especially if Sasuke comes and their interactions are hilarious.

If you di continue this that would be AMAZING! Like there's the humoures side of Naruto that flirts with students and gets chased by proffesors and is a prank master. And then there's the sad side of Naruto that has seen his best friend become and avenger and abandon his hometown, that has seen young children kill for a living. It's such a good contrast and I know you could pull it off!

Sasuke -Harry is really fun and this was a nice one shot :)
