3 3 As someone who once scratched her cornea by keeping contacts in too long (and can tell you truthfully that it WAS more painful than childbirth...) I LOVE this. Of course, hard not to love those two anyway... I imagine that Jeremy had anticipated that Holmes would need eyedrops, I'm sure he may have had to wear contacts at some point for some character.

Ha, plot bunnies! They're evil. They can give you good stuff, but they also torture you. xDDD

...Okay, you're going to hate my saying this, buuut... I like this one better the "Kicking the Habit." *ducks* Sorry! This just has a higher level of adorable-ness!

Now, crits first, and then I'll get to praise. Again, spelling. I mean, unless you're trying to imitate a Cockney accent in your narrative tone, I don't think you want to be saying "loke" instead of "like." ;D Another thing... I know that Jeremy's eyes often appeared green, but I believe they were actual hazel (the Brettish Empire FAQ also lists them as such). That was how they could look green in some lights, brown in others, and even actually grey sometimes. Lastly, instead of using the author's note to tell us when each scene takes place, you could simply put the time and location in bold at the beginning of each scene. *shrugs*

Okay, now for praise! "I will not change my appearance..." xDDD Oh, Holmes, your fangirls ARE observant. D

I'll bet Jeremy got those eye-drops just for Holmes. He's sweet like that. And that whole middle scene... ohhh, that was great! I mean, I could REALLY see that in my mind's eye, and that was so very Jeremy...

And then... oh no, homicidal detective! ROFL And I just love how Jeremy just laughs at it. And then how he slips in and out of his Holmes persona, and Watson and David stare. xD

"That's you, Holmes, when you've got a case." How very true!

And, d'awww, "more like irritating brothers"! *squeees at sweetness*

I wear contacts. But not colored ones. It took me FOREVER to figure out how to put them in. And sometimes, when they have a tear, or you put them on inside out... oh it hurts.

Holmes calling them "_sponges" and "Leeches" was hilarious. I really pity him!

Great story! I loved it!

This story has a real charm to it. Lovely idea, Holmes meeting Jeremy Brett, particularly seeing as JB often talked of Holmes as though he knew him (For me, he IS him. I see him in my head every time I read one of the stories. And I have all the Granada episodes on DVD, naturally :) )
