First story, you say? First story? This is amazing! It's so happyat the start, and so good to see the boys in a happy environment when we all know how dark their later life will be, and each of their respective relationships with Mud are interesting to see. It's also refreshing to see something set before they discovered Remus' secret, and all the hints they can't quite pick up on. Then it reaches the point of the death and those reactions are interesting too, which makes this an effective character study, giving us the ability to see them in two differing situations. Thanks for writing this!

It’s actually really good. Just the only issue is that James and Sirius couldn’t really have gone to Sirius’s house due to the fact that Walburga and Orion hate blood traitors and all that stuff... Also, it would be better if the actual story wasn’t bold. But the rest is fine. I’m a dog person, so :)

Omg thats soooooooooooooooooo sad but if u think bout it some of it was happy too I've lost pets before and I was devastated but then I remember the times we had Andi get happy thinking that there was no dull moments and it is nice to hve friends there

This was wonderful poor little Mud, being hot by a car. I'm glad Remus stepped in and made sure she was buried properly. I feel bad, the one animal to actually like remus had to die. Really great story, very touching at rhe end
