This is just... Perfection. I love this. It's probably the best LotR fic I've ever read. You did the characters perfectly. Their speech, their personalities... Even though it isn't finished, I love this to pieces. You're so talented :)
I would LOVE to see an ending, btw, but it's still amazing as it is. I love you so much for writing this - there's just the perfect balance of angst, h/c and drama. Thank you so much! X

I can't tell you how much I love this story. It's beautiful and so brilliant. I started reading this yesterday and I couldn't put it down until I've managed to finish the entire thing. given, there were interruption but I managed to finish nonetheless.

This was an amazing piece, fantastically written! I must applaud you on being able to bring all every aspect of making it so believable. I loved the dialogue, mostly because it wasso in character. I was able to picture everyone saying their parts perfectly.

I especially loved Frodo's recovery. Generally, people end the story with them being saved and happily ever after. People don't give much thought to the aftermath, which you have provided wonderfully. I loved the doubts Frodo had and the little extra journey both Baggins had to take for all matters to be settled.

And also, you did amazing with the point of views! Especially when you switched around with the kidnapping and the Shire. Reactions and personalities were spot on and added so much depth tothis story.

It's been YEARS since you've updated, but it would be lovely to see an update. Perhaps one day, you sit down and remember of this old adventure you've been working on, and smile as you write up another chapter. I'm a late fan, only joining barely a month ago, but reading your notes in each chapter made me feel a very odd sense of nostalgia! I felt as if I was going through every update with you ad keeping up with the story. I felt the biggest pang of emotion when you talked about the Return of the King! Goodness, it's been years since that's come out. I really do hope you come back to this. Even if you don't update, you should really see the reviews and praise you deserve!

Wow-this was a fantastic story! I'd really like to see Chapter 33, and hopefully Bilbo and Frodo can finally make peace and work on rebuilding their relationship, now that Frodo sees he had nothing to fear and is very much wanted :) excellent story!

Well, I recently found this story again, and realized that I had never found the time to actually read the whole thing without getting interupted. I loved it, from start to where it left off. Made me sad to realize that there wasn't anything after chapter 32 :(

But it was a good story, with a great idea and I loved how you had fleshed out all of the characters didn't personalities and quirks. Wish there was more. :)

What an evil cliffhanger! I can't believe it, they're seperated again! The hand-cutting thing was awful and angsty, just the way I like it and Bilbo at the end had me wailing, I tell you. Keep going, I'm adoring this story! Favourited for sure.
