Oh man, that may have been shorter than what I usually read, but it spoke volumes. I thought it was great that it was in El's POV too. It really emphasizes her last thought.

I really like this story. The way that Peter and Elizabeth are in tune is really well-written, as are their sentiments regarding Neal.

Ah, this was very short and sweet, though sad in a way too, because obviously Neal has suffered losses. But it's great that Peter and El are still there, still willing to be family to him. And he sure does keep them on their toes, as well, in so many ways. :')

That was amazing... I was just saying that I wanted more stories that showed Peter and Elizabeth like parental figures ... Watching over him and helping him grow.

I haven't seen S4 yet, but I really liked this scene. Elizabeth was very well written. My fovorite was this part: "Peter's never been a man to mind a little mess as long as it's a smart mess."

Gorgeous - so much in so few words. Loved the 'running giggling' bit. They're all very lucky to have found a family with each other.

I like the story a lot.
But somehow it's one of the saddest stories I've ever read. Why? Don't know. Maybe because two people full of love and warmth settle for a life without family and feel glad to have a criminal as surrogate child.
Still, don't get me wrong. You're story is great
