Just finished reading the whole saga! Damn. It was REALLY, REALLY good. And that's from someone who has read hundreds of titles across FanFiction. I have read another novelization of The Shadow Broker DLC, and I thought that was good - but ohhhh this is just better. The way you've written it is a gem, you have captured the characters really well (and even better), and the humor is just so good! I LOL-ed on some parts. Thanks so much for writing it!

Great story. I have appreciated the entire series. I await the ME 3 story.

This is my very first review ever, so be prepared for a lot of gushing. I just want to say that I really love your stories. And that isn't just some flippant compliment. Your work is better than a lot of published stories on the market that I have read.

Your Shepard, and by extension all of his friends, are so hilariously unique. You've managed to create and adapt characters that have so much life, it feels like I'm reading about actual people and not just archetypes from a game. Before discovering your work, I really did like Miranda as a character. She's my third favorite Man Shep romance behind Tali and Ashley. But I love the way you take her story and flesh it out into something new but still recognizable. And I like how she and Shepard start dating before the assault on the Collector Base. Not a lot of authors go beyond the system of a few provocative chats followed by a one night stand. It's really hard to read The Hero Who Loved Me and resist starting a new playthrough where I romance Miranda again.

I highly anticipate where you plan to go next with Chuck Shepard and his merry band of misfits. The Arrival DLC seems like a given, but you somehow manage to always surprise me. I'd love to see the romance between Miranda and Shepard evolve, but again, you are the writer, and I am the beggar.

One thing I might add; I enjoy writing myself, and I have actually been congratulated by important persons on some of my school works. I've always entertained the idea of writing a few Mass Effect stories myself, some one-shots and some inconceivably long. But I've always been afraid to take that next step and actually put work out there and let others see what I imagine. But I guess after reading your tale and seeing how amazing it can be to publish your stories, you sort of inspire me to take that next step. I'm going to start being serious about my stories, and hopefully someday soon I can start publishing a few stories myself.

I guess what I'm saying is, thank you. For more than you know.

If you take into consideration the fact that Samara said that Morinth was the youngest of her daughters, then mentioned Falere as her youngest in ME3 during the Lesuss mission, then Rila was Samara's first child.
