I guess I should introduce myself since you have wandered this far into the Internet wastelands.

I was born in the former Soviet Union only 3 years prior to its collapse, it was a turbulent, confusing and difficult time. People committed suicides due to the insane currency exchange rates which decimated their life savings with acute precision of 1000 to 1, some were happy that now they had access to foreign luxuries such as Ketchup and nylon stockings and - money permitting - could travel anywhere beyond the Eastern Block.

Like most of my peers I grew up in a slightly disturbed if not neurotic household, sharing small living quarters with 3 more people. I finished studies, got a job, and then I moved to Belgium. And I have been on the move since.

Currently I reside in Reykjavik, Iceland and I am enjoying a brief moment of calm in my life which permits me to write more often.

This brings me here.
