Author has written 26 stories for Harry Potter, Daria, Phineas and Ferb, and Queer as Folk. I have a blog that rarely gets updated, if you want to check out my journal it's http:///. I also have a Tumblr, which gets updated a teensy bit (as in every week or so) more often, at http:// Most of my Harry Potter fics can be found on my LJ, under the fanfic tag. As far as I can recall, this is the only place I've posted Daria fics that aren't WIPs. 8-March-2013 I FINALLY HAVE A DESKTOP COMPUTER!! YAY!!! That being said, like a lot of other fic writers and readers, I have a full-time household to run and my own business to deal with along with a couple of part time jobs. Inspiration is slowly returning to my brain, and I have ideas for the stories that desperately need updating (i.e., Potter's Plan,) that are currently resting in the notepad on my phone. Handy device, that. For those of you who are interested in my Daria fics, I currently have ideas for a Trent-centric piece, all written out longhand due to only having rare access to a computer the past couple of years. Trying to write fic on an Iphone is not my idea of fun! Harry Addams has been adopted, and as far as I know, Nargles has posted their next chapter. I don't plan on removing the story anytime soon, but for the time being, my readers can take it as abandoned. I'm still not quite sure where to go with it, maybe I need to rewatch the Addam's Family movies! I think I'm going to actually try a timeline for this story, to not confuse myself. I have no idea when it will be updated again, probably not until after I'm done with the Potter's Plan series, which I intend to work through all 7 books. Edit on 6/20/2013: This story has been removed from my listing. If you want to adopt it, please PM me for the transcript. My current goal is to have Potter's Plan 3/4 to completely done by the end of this summer, because I return to Uni in August. I still intend to go on hiatus during term. I've been asked about this a lot. When I first discovered fanfiction, I became somewhat obsessed with reading long epic-like stories, at any time I possibly could. Along with this, came the discovery of fanfiction.net mobile, which I could pull up on my phone, anywhere, anytime. Not a great resource for someone becoming more and more obsessed with fanfiction and fandom. I spent most of my class periods that semester, in the back of the room, my phone under my desk, reading it. While I probably could have skated through my senior year in high school, or possibly even my freshman year of college (currently a senior, finally!), I managed to outright fail two classes, and make a C in the other (because it was a participation course, and couldn't have my phone out. So, I skipped as much as I could instead.) When I go my grade report, I had a long heart-to-heart with my husband, and with myself, and pulled myself up by the bootstraps and registered for the same 3 classes again, and replaced the grade. To do so, however, I knew myself well enough to know that I'd have to impose a strict no-fic rule during school so that I would focus. Because there is no excuse for a French major to fail world literature. So, for those of you out there who keep up with what I post here, who tend to obsess over hobbies and interests like I do, please don't fall into the same trap. I'll try my best to have the story done before classes start, and if it's not I'll try to have it done during Christmas break. Thank you to all of my readers for their patience. Looking trough my stories, I've also noticed reviews I've received that I never got an e-mail notification for. If you logged in, and I haven't responded, I apologize. Feel free to send me a PM anytime, and I will try my best to answer it in a timely manner. Thank you to everyone who has read, followed, favorited, or reviewed! Those e-mails are sometimes the highlight of my day. February 24, 2014 Writer's block is a mean old hag. I'm going on vacation next week, and will only check my e-mail once a day, first thing in the morning, from my phone, so there won't be many review or PM responses. I have about 1/2 of the next chapter of Potter's Plan gathering dust in my documents folder, because I'm currently stuck, and I also could use a Beta. I've sent out a few PMs and e-mails, but no one seems interested. Let me know via pm or e-mail if you are! August 10, 2014 It's not a new chapter of Potter's Plan, although I hope that will come shortly afterward, but a new Phineas and Ferb story that kept poking me in the brain today. At least my writer's block is broken. June 18, 2015 Hi everyone! In an effort to respect the TOS of the site, I have removed Potter's Plan from my story listing. I haven't been writing much fanfiction lately, as I've been more interested in my original stories. I still intend to finish the P&F fanfic, but it's slow going, I haven't had much fanfic inspiration lately. If you would like copies of the transcript of PP, please PM me, I will send them to you. I, Coonassblondie, do solemnly swear to review all the fics I read, regardless of the number of reviews, its age, or anything else. Copy and Paste this into your profile to join the Revolution. |
