Lets see, what to say here...I'm Ainmosni (it's insomnia backwards...I thought it was so clever at the time). I'm 20 years old, female, and awesome (also extremely modest...and sarcastic). I write once and a while. Being a college student means doing more work than play, so if I have time to write, I will. My posting and updates will most likely come in either a sporadic trickle or a furious typhoon. But that's just the way it goes. Right now I'm pretty into Persona 4 (and by "pretty into," I mean that's all I have posted at the moment).

UPDATE 2/28/10: I am getting pretty busy at the moment and am taking a short writing hiatus. I am still going to be reading and am still working on some pieces, but I won't be updating as often. I am not dead, just on a bit of a writing vacation.

So far I have a couple one shots:

Your Affection: Kanji x Naoto fluff (but not the kind of fluff that makes you want to puke...I hope). The story takes place shortly after the battle with Namatame in Heaven. Naoto is angsting and Kanji is there to comfort her.

The Detective as Poet: Naoto x Kanji. Takes place about a month after Souji leaves Inaba. Involves my poetry but it isn't really the focus of the story.

I also have two "big" stories:

Borderline of Madness: It details Naoto, Kanji, Rise, and Yukiko's interaction with their Shadows while waiting to be rescued. There is no chronological order to the piece. It starts with Naoto's arc and moves on to Kanji's arc, then to Rise's, and finally to Yukiko's.

UPDATE 2/2/10: I'm working on the next chapter and it should be up by the end of this week (if not later tonight). Also, I have made a youtube playlist that includes all the songs that I have used thus far in this story (also a few bonuses, like dungeon music and boss fight music...for the same low, low price of absolutely zero dollars). Reversed: Six years after the events in the game, Naoto is trapped in the TV world. Gradually her memories come back, and she recalls the events that lead to her imprisonment in the TV. And none of these memories are very good. Rated M for blood, violence, crime, death, and dark plot. And swearing...lots of swearing. Also a few mentions of sex (but this is not a lemon!!) The title refers to the bad things that happen when you draw an arcana card in the reversed position...and may play on other reversals as well.

UPDATE 2/2/10: The story is definatley on the back burner now. But I had a fantastic conversation with my roommate: "Hey, you strike me as someone who would know random facts about cyanide. Teach me." This quote is directly linked to the events within the story. So yeah. Don't say I didn't throw ya'll a bone.

What's coming?

I'm not going to cram too much more on my plate for now. With a new semester of school starting up, I know I'm going to be busy (REALLY busy). I also have two larger stories in progress at the moment and I don't want to spread myself thin. One-Shot ideas may pop out of my head periodically, but those are almost always spontaneous and unplanned. Stay tuned for updates on Borderline of Madness and Reversed.
