The basics

I'm Sophie, a student from London.. Fiction writing's been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, and I got into fanfics a couple of years ago.

The shows

Doctor Who: Why do I always seem to like the minor companions? Much Mickey and Rory love.

Torchwood: I didn't want them to make a series 4. All the good characters got killed off. But it's a good show, I got into it during series 2 but have watched every episode now. Oh, and I've got a signed poster. Much love for Gareth David-Lloyd, he's such a nice guy, he really is.

Casualty: I've noticed a lack of fanfics on this site for the series. There's a lot of Jay/Ruth, which I like, but I'd prefer to read some of the older couplings too, so if anyone wants to write one, I'd much appreciate (and I'll read and comment, too.)

Waterloo Road: Even though I much preferred the original series and characters (Izzie was a particular favourite), I'm warming to some of the new lot now.

Sherlock: Best drama I've seen all year. Surprisingly awesome, and once I get hold of the DVDs to rewatch it there'll no doubt be a fanfiction or two on it. Bring on series three.

Life on Mars: I'm five years behind the rest of the world with this show, but I love it. So much so that I started a multi-chap fic after watching just three episodes. Curse the BBC for only making sixteen episodes.

The future
